Prep Hoops was in the house from start to finish. We break down the event from all angles including here in Chicago Elite Classic: All Out of State Team!
Nykolas Lewis Nykolas Lewis 6'2" | PG Gonzaga | 2025 State #146 Nation MD (Gonzaga – 2025)
Lewis was outstanding for Gonzaga living up to his lofty ranking. The DMV guard is a sophomore with no doubt high-major ability. Acrobatic finishes off the bounce on a regular basis along with runners. Excels in transition where he scored consistently. Showed some potential as a shooter as well hitting two from deep while scoring 24 points.
Thomas Batties (Gonzaga – 2023)
This Harvard commit is an athletic power forward that plays with a lot of energy on both ends. Was most impactful defensively swatting shots while offensively he had a nice hook shot, reverse, and even stretched to a three for 18 points.
Daniel Holmes Daniel Holmes 6'6" | C Gonzaga | 2024 MD (Gonzaga – 2024)
Holmes fouled out in the third quarter, but before he did left an impact on the game with how hard he played crashing the glass on both ends and finishing with physicality around the hoop scoring 15 points.
Kennard Davis Kennard Davis 6'0" | PG Shabach Christian Academy | 2023 State MD (Vashon – 2023)
Davis is headed to Southern Illinois and wow are the Salukis getting a good one! Versatile combo forward that can play facing up or score inside out of the dunker spot. Was very comfortable shooting it from mid-range and three in a 18 point performance while impacting defensively with his length.
Trey Williams Trey Williams 6'0" | PG Loyola Academy | 2026 IL (Vashon – 2025)
Williams is one of the better sophomore guards in Missouri. He has grown height wise and gotten stronger since we saw him last in February. The lethal jump shot is still the same which he showcased against Curie scoring 15 points including four from beyond the college three point line. Big time spot up shooting threat!
Turner Harris (National Christian Academy – 2023)
Harris is a good sized shooting guard that brought multi level scoring pop to the table for National Christian Academy. He has a nice looking jump shot and the 6’6” guard can also sneak in on the offensive glass.
