There are some fantastic players within the Northwest conference. Here is a couple of the highest ranked guys within the conference and within the 2025 class.
Gannon showed a ton of potential over the summer when I watched him play. He was getting better and better each time, allowing the game to come to him often. With this Lyncs team being so deep, he will have to continue to showcase his game on the court. He has a strong right hand, quick feet, and great leadership qualities on the court. I expect him to have a big junior and senior seasons next year and the yer after.
Brady is growing very nicely into his body, looking bigger than every after football season. Ackerman is crazy athletic for his size, easily running the court and having great stamina. His post work down low is nice, he’s the type of player that you would want to build your offense through. He’s a hard worker on and off the court which will led to great things for Ackerman.
Last year as only a freshman, Jaeger played well while getting good playing time for the Trojans. He can score at all 3 levels. He gets by defenders using his long strides and is able to finish athletically through traffic down low around the rim. Fyfe plays good with the ball in his hands as he can create his own shot or a shot for his teammates. He could potentially have the highest ceiling of these players.
Highlights
Heppner is a player who doesn’t have a lot of varsity playing experience but will fit in smoothly right away. He has great size standing at 6’6″ already. He’s great off the pick and role especially with 2023 guard Coston Parcher Coston Parcher 6’0″ | PG Lynden | 2023 State WA . He’s very athletic and brings a huge boost of energy to the court. He’s a player who is going to show growth all season.
Michael is really crafty on the court, one of my favorite players to watch. He handles the ball really well, containing his dribbles while attacking the bucket often. He facilitates the offense nicely, finding his teammates when they are open. He has some great shooters on the outside to kick it out to in DeVari Davis DeVari Davis 6’2″ | PG Mount Vernon | 2023 WA and Quinn Swanson Quinn Swanson 6’2″ | SG Mount Vernon | 2024 State WA . Be on the watch for Michael.
Davis could potentially have the highest upside by any player in the entire 2025 class. He is off to a fantastic start for Anacortes, already showing his abilities to score at will but also lead the team and find his teammates. Fogle has long arms, helping him in the Seahawks’ tough defense, which is a hard matchup for any team. He already holds a Division 1 offer from Seattle University and he’s on the pace for more Division 1 looks.
