when I watched him play. He was able to play straight up defense, mostly without fouling, and appears to be one of the physically stronger post players in his class despite only being 6’4. He showed off some nice feel out of the post and short corner as well, finding dives and cutters going to the basket.

Brady is growing very nicely into his body, looking bigger than every after football season. Ackerman is crazy athletic for his size, easily running the court and having great stamina. His post work down low is nice, he’s the type of player that you would want to build your offense through. He’s a hard worker on and off the court which will led to great things for Ackerman.

Brady is an absolute beast down low in the paint. He’s relentless on the boards too, always fighting for the ball. Offensively, he has a plethora of post moves he can put on display. He runs the court well too. Ackerman hits the midrange shot consistently as well, forcing defenders to be aware at all times. He’s someone opposing teams need to keep an eye on or he could take over a game.

As I said in my 2025 rankings update article, Brady is a beast on the basketball court. He plays aggressive. He uses his body to his advantage very well, out bodying many opposing players. He reads the ball coming off the rim very good, grabbing rebounds with ease. Offensively, he has a plethora of post moves he can put on display. He runs the court too, filling the correct lanes often. Ackerman hits the midrange shot consistently as well, forcing defenders to be aware at all times. He’s poised for a breakout season this year for the team.
