Continue Reading[FROM VERTICAL ACADEMY (NC)] Josh Hill Josh Hill 6’10” | C Wheeler | 2024 State #167 Nation GA is another huge addition that pushes Wheeler into national contention. Collier will now have two 6’10 high flyers to work with in the pick & roll. Hill can also shoot the ball well which allows him to play together with Paige and space the floor. He’s also an excellent shot-blocker on the defensive end. Hill has already picked up several high-major offers this summer and his list should grow now at one of the country’s basketball powerhouses.
[FROM DOTHAN (AL)] You can add JD Palm JD Palm 6’9″ | PF McEachern | 2025 GA ‘s name to the list of big-name players that have transferred to McEachern this offseason. He’s a long, athletic forward that’s active on both ends and finishes everything above the rim. Palm’s impact on the interior will be felt immediately and he should allow Ace Bailey Ace Bailey 6’9″ | SF McEachern | 2024 State #2 Nation GA to do a lot of different things for them. He will be a 2025 name to know for years to come.
[FROM FREDERICA ACADEMY] William Jobe William Jobe 6’10” | PF Frederica Academy | 2024 State GA joins a very hot King’s Ridge program where he’ll be playing with a talented, well-rounded group of upperclassmen. Jobe provides size and shooting that will help King’s Ridge in a big way and could be the final piece to a state championship team when the season’s all said and done. He currently holds offers from Indiana, Georgia Tech and Georgia State.
Highlights
[FROM COLUMBIA] Mekhi Turner Mekhi Turner 6’8″ | PF Maynard Jackson | 2024 State #271 Nation GA joins a talented bunch at Maynard Jackson and fits into their scheme quite well. He provides size and scoring around the basket that they had previously lacked and should have room to operate as defenses will be forced to step out on Maynard Jackson‘s shooters. The move to Maynard Jackson could be very beneficial for both sides.
[FROM HERITAGE-CONYERS] There’s a ton of intrigue surrounding this year’s Parkview team, largely because of the front court duo that they now have in Jacob Wilkins Jacob Wilkins 6’9″ | SF Grayson | 2025 State #14 Nation GA and Adonai Mussie Adonai Mussie 6’9″ | C Meadowcreek | 2024 State GA . In a 2025 class that’s light on bigs in Georgia, expect Jacob Wilkins Jacob Wilkins 6’9″ | SF Grayson | 2025 State #14 Nation GA to emerge as one of the best.
[FROM MEADOWCREEK] Dayton Richardson Dayton Richardson 6’7″ | SF Tri-Cities | 2023 State GA makes the move from Meadowcreek to Tri-Cities where he’ll be playing alongside talented guards, Malique Johnson Malique Johnson 6’0″ | PG Tri-Cities | 2024 State GA and Kory Mincy Kory Mincy 6’1″ | PG Tri-Cities | 2023 State GA .
