Ahmir Wall 2023 6'4 Desoto High School

Ahmir is a high level athlete who has been anchoring his team's defense for the last two years, and allows Desoto to play five out and run a small ball lineup. They punish teams by getting under their skin and funneling their opponents into Wall (that fits well). His ability to finish at the rim and play through contact was at an elite level, rolling hard out of the pick and roll to punish defenders underneath the basket. He is a stud athlete with an ability to explode to the rim and finish through contact. His explosiveness allows him to hang in the air and change his shot angle if he needs to at the rim. He truly has that "wiggle" to his game when he is attacking the rim going downhill as well. He always seems to slither out of contact and into open spaces in the paint.

[player_tooltip player_id='787348' first='Zyon' last='Little'] 2023 6'6 Dickinson High School

Zyon is a dominant dual sport athlete who strikes fear into the heart of his opponent's every time he steps on the court. He plays with intensity and ferocity which allows him to show off his athleticism every time he puts his head down to get to the rim. He is great at getting into the paint, and thrives at scoring through contact and tough defense. He is a dominant force with his back to he basket, and can destroy his match-up out of the high post as well. I was very impressed with his handle since the last time I have seen him. He can size up and bully his way through his defender to the rim. He is great on the glass and made smart outlet passes to jump start the break. His athleticism allows him to wreak havoc on both ends of the floor and take on anyone he wants to in the air. He is a solid rim protector as well, constantly coming over at the right time to time up blocks in the paint. His ability to move makes him a real small forward, but could easily dominate the small ball four/ five spot if necessary.

Antonie Carter 2023 6'6 Langham Creek High School

Antonie is a skilled and sharp shooting wing who is great at dominating at all three levels on the floor. His handle and ability to get his own shot off has dramatically improved over the last two years. His ability to space the floor and knock down shots beyond the arc is a real weapon for him and his team. He is able to consistently shoot over the top of guards with his long arms and high release point on his jumper. He draws a tremendous amount of pressure when he has the ball and knows when to fire the right pass out to his shooters. He always seems to have his head up making the right play. Carter is a special player that everyone has to keep their eye on, especially you college coaches!

Tylan Reed 2023 6'6 Cedar Hill High School

Tylan is a special wing prospect who showed an ability to stretch the floor, but more importantly use his athleticism and skill with the ball to attack the rim with a live dribble. He has a smooth stroke on his jumper, with a very high release allowing him to shoot over anyone. He is a high percentage shooter when given time to set his feet and space the floor, but is not afraid to put the ball on the floor and attack a hard closeout. Reed has an incredibly impressive frame, built like a line backer, with good agility for his size. He moved his feet very well defensively, guarding the perimeter and also exploding to protect the rim.

[player_tooltip player_id='960672' first='Chandler' last='Williams'] 6'5 2023 Klein Forest High School

Chandler is a long and strong athlete that has a soft and fluid motion to his game. When you look at him you can tell he is a dual sport athlete for Klein Forest, he possesses great size and side to side agility that allows him to be a complete weapon on the floor. He has a great touch from beyond the arc and is even confident enough to set himself up for shots off the dribble. He is very reliable when acting as a spot up shooter and has the ability to punish the defense at all three levels if they are late at coming out to contest him. He is great at utilizing his shot fake and getting his defender on the back of his hip and flying by them toward the rim.
