[player_tooltip player_id='1128899' first='Masaun' last='Moore-Bryant'] - 6'0 Point Guard - Cape Fear High

Moore-Bryant moves from the 83rd position into the 51st spot in the latest rankings update. He's a high-IQ floor general with a nice feel for pushing the pace and finding his offense in the open floor at Cape Fear High. He was a top performer at this past Fab40 ENC Showcase while showing off his ability to defend and run the show for his squad as they made the championship game. He's a prospect that DII and DIII schools should get eyes on this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1219884' first='Ned' last='Hull'] - 6'2 Point Guard - Charlotte Latin School

Hull is another floor general that's found himself moving into the 50s in the latest rankings update as he moves from No. 102 to No. 54 in the 2023 class. He's a point guard with a strong knack for dialing up shots from the perimeter and finding his teammates in space for buckets. He's due for a strong senior campaign as he looks to turn the heads of college coaches in 2022-23.

[player_tooltip player_id='1343867' first='Gabriel' last='Cerda'] - 5'10 Guard - Millbrook High

Cerda returns for the Millbrook High Wildcats looking to inject more life into the rotation with his abilities. He moves from 176th to No. 66 in the latest update. He's due for a breakout season after producing 6.4 ppg, 3.5 rpg, 1.8 apg and 1.8 spg in his debut varsity season. His season was cut a bit short last year due to injury. He'll look to go out with a bang to close his senior season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1128905' first='Patrick' last='Tivnan'] - 6'8 Forward/Center - Charlotte Catholic High

Tivnan continues to climb up the radar in the 2023 class in the state, finding himself at No. 67 in the latest update, up from No. 130. He's shown off improved development as a dual-forward that can operate inside and out. Emory & Henry, Army and Navy have offered him so far heading into his senior season as he looks due for a breakout year.

[player_tooltip player_id='998197' first='Nick' last='Elliott'] - 6'4 Wing/Guard - Grimsley High

Elliott is one of the more underrated shooters in the state of North Carolina that's seen his stock rise over the past few months. He's set to have a strong year on the wing for Grimsley High given his development as a slasher and defender. Look for him to be a top name to watch in the 335 area in 2022-23.
