[player_tooltip player_id='1167509' first='Nick' last='Randall'] made his impact known down low dominating the paint at the event. Nick is a combo-forward who cuts and can attack from the outside like a wing or use great footwork in the post down low. Fossil Ridge did a good job pushing the pace and his teammates often found Nick with a head full of steam heading towards the rim, due to his great rim running ability. Nick does a great job of taking efficient shots and making something from nothing with the ball in the post.

[player_tooltip player_id='969439' first='Tucker' last='Mills'] - Mead

[player_tooltip player_id='969439' first='Tucker' last='Mills'] stood out due to his great height and fluidity playing from the wing. Due to Tucker's height, he was a matchup problem, he took advantage of guards and wings down low and he was too quick off of the dribble for bigs to stay in front of. When matched with a smaller player he used long steps to create space on turn-around jumpers from close to mid-range. Near the basket, he showed his creative finishing ability and soft touch on tough finishes through the lane.

[player_tooltip player_id='1285212' first='Colin' last='Hayes'] - Fossil Ridge

[player_tooltip player_id='1285212' first='Colin' last='Hayes'] was once again a force on both ends of the court showing off his improved offensive ability. Colin's jump shot looked great, he hit catch and shoot three-pointers and some tough mid-range jumpers off of the dribble. Colin also took advantage of smaller match-ups using post moves and soft touch to score over defenders with ease. Colin's ability to play inside and out made him a match-up problem for teams trying to guard Fossil Ridge and their super tall and long team.

[player_tooltip player_id='1284559' first='Caden' last='Stevens'] - Mountain Vista

[player_tooltip player_id='1284559' first='Caden' last='Stevens'] stood out due to his ability to play multiple roles for his team. Caden stood out on the defensive end using his long arms and great shot-blocking instincts to be one of the best rim protectors at the event. He has good enough handles to put the ball on the floor and push the pace right after grabbing a defensive rebound. Offensively, he has quick moves and can create scoring opportunities when facing up.

[player_tooltip player_id='1325692' first='Tyler' last='Brown'] -Fossil Ridge

[player_tooltip player_id='1325692' first='Tyler' last='Brown'] showed off his defense and exciting shot-making ability. Tyler has proven to be one of the best on-ball defenders in the state who can guard players taller than him. When Fossil Ridge pushed the pace it was often caused by Tyler's defense or finished by him due to his elite quickness making him the first one down the floor. Tyler made momentum-shifting three-pointers stepping in confidently and making tough contested shots over defenders.
