He is a versatile player who can play all 5 positions . He is a offensive threat from anywhere on the court and defensively he can guard all 5 positions . Newman was the state champions last year and the team is loaded with talent again for another title run. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1213753' first='Shad' last='Levy'] 6'3" Dunham</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Shad, is one of my favorite players to watch in the baton rouge area. He is listed as a combo guard but can play multiple positions .Shad is a great 3 point shooter and can get to the rim at will off the dribble . He is a lock down defender. I think his ranking will go up his senior year. He is a definite stock riser. Shad is coached by Chad Meyers one the best in the business. Dunham lost in the second round of the division 3 playoffs last year and i think they are in for a deeper run this season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong> [player_tooltip player_id='1130732' first='Omarion' last='Miller'] 6'2" North Caddo</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Omarion, was a class 2A all-state performer last season. He averaged 26 points a game last year. He is a phenomenal athlete. Omarion is a 4 star Wr in football committed to Nebraska . In basketball he is a combo guard who can absolutely fill it up from anywhere on the court. Omarion can guard all 5 positions defensively. North Caddo lost in the 1st round of the playoffs last season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1454945' first='Draven' last='Smith'] 6'5" French Settlement</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Draven, is definitely one of the sleepers in the class of 2023. He can play at the next level . He was a 1st team all-district selection in district 10-2A last season as a small forward. Draven can shoot behind the arc or hit the mid range shot. He also can play with his back to the basket and score in the low post. Defensively he can guard all 5 positions . Draven is a extremely hard worker and he has the size to play at the next level. He can guard multiple positions defensively because of his size and athleticism .
