<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Prep Hoops Illinois Top 250 Camp is a wrap!&nbsp; We are breaking it down from all angles!&nbsp; Today checkout <strong>PHI Top 250: Stock Boosters</strong>!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1048314' first='Jordan' last='Brown'] (Bloom – 2023)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>It was the best we have seen Brown play.&nbsp; The Bloom angular combo guard has a lot of intriguing physical tools and we have been waiting for him to put it all together.&nbsp; Showed signs of that at the Top 250.&nbsp; Put it on the deck slashing and was quick to the glass from his guards spot.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1541243' first='DJ' last='Strong'] (Bolingbrook – 2024)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Strong is a guard that is going to make a big impression this season at Bolingbrook!&nbsp; Plus passer that distributed the rock as well as anyone at the camp.&nbsp; He has good length playing taller than his height.&nbsp; Can put it on the deck, hit an open shot, and is an aware defender.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='989266' first='Brayden' last='Long'] (Yorkville Christian – 2023)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Great to see Long back out on the floor.&nbsp; He has had several injuries over the last couple years which have held him out of some action.&nbsp; Quickly reminded us of what we liked early in his career with his knock down shooting and toughness!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1541232' first='AJ' last='Levine'] (York – 2024)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Point guard showed another level of athleticism that we hadn't seen.&nbsp; He was effective getting to the cup with a burst and acceleration that set him apart.&nbsp; Pushed in open floor and had an array of acrobatic finishing moves.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1415723' first='Brock' last='Marino'] (Lakes – 2023)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>We first saw this 6'7” face up four in July and he lived up to his new ranking if not more.&nbsp; At his size and strength he has plus athletic pop for a front court player.&nbsp; Put it on the deck with baseline takes and crashed the glass.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1215299' first='Dylan' last='Schmidt'] (Johnsburg – 2023)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This 6'4” small forward from Johnsburg has great size, strength, and athleticism on the perimeter.&nbsp; During the summer it was his marksmanship from deep that was on display.&nbsp; At the PHI Top 250 Camp the area that caught our attention was his explosiveness off the bounce in transition and the half court.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1313851' first='Aaron' last='Brown'] (Romeoville – 2023)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Always enjoy watching versatile players that do a little bit of everything.&nbsp; That is what we saw out of this Romeoville 6'5” combo forward on Saturday.&nbsp; High-motor two way player that can handle it, rebound, and defends at a high level.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Kelvin Amoako (Plymouth, MI – 2023)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This 6'11” center from Michigan seems to be extremely underrated.&nbsp; The strong and physical five man was throwing down dunks all day long almost bringing the rim down with his pure strength.&nbsp; Rebounded well in his area and was a sound defensive presence inside.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
