BYGLA Battle at the Beach Top Guards

Bailey is a smooth lefty guard who has explosiveness and athleticism.  He has a high and fast release and does a great job of getting to his spots to get his shot off.  His pull up game is smooth and he combines it with his slashing ability.  Bailey has excellent body control and knows how to use his frame to shield the ball and finish with either hand.  Although he fouled out, Bailey finished the game with 15 points and was the top scorer for he isn't the tallest player on the court, he is one of the most exciting to watch.  Aldridge is a quick and smart ball handler who has excellent vision.  Facing doubles and traps from the opposing  Crossroads team, he often found ways to break through and found the open man.  It was impressive to watch him use his quickness and smarts to be able to get his jumper off from 3pt 5'10 senior guard shows a smooth shooting touch.  Did a great job of using his screens to pull up for 3s.  Hustles back on defense and moves his feet.  Although he wasn't the focal point of the offense and came off the bench, he made the most of his opportunities and finished with a game high 15 2024 guard was a sparkplug for Washington Prep.  Dennis is a high motor guard who is everywhere on the floor.  He hustles, moves his feet and defends well.  He is fearless when driving to the basket and isn't afraid of bigger defenders.  Dennis always has his head up and is looking for his teammates.  Washington Prep's grit and grind mentality is evident in this team and in [player_tooltip Finished with 11 points and three 3 balls against a scrappy Washington Prep
