PHLA Top Shooting Guards and Fowards: Class 3A/Class of 2023

He averaged 17 points a game last year and led the pelicans to the 2A state title. Port Allen steps up to 3A this year which will be another challenge for elliot and his teammates.Elliot is one of the best combo guards is the state. He is a complete player on both ends of floor. He averaged 32 points a game as a junior shooting guard. He is a dynamic scorer from anywhere on the court . He does everything well offensively.He has good ball handling skills and can play all 5 positions. He is tough to guard off the dribble with his quickness and penetrating ability. He is a good shooter from 3 point range and mid range . He is also a excellent basketball player . He is listed as a small foward but can play multiple positions .He is a very good rebounder and controls the boards with his toughness. He controls the paint area defensively . He blocks shots and rebounds with 110 percent effort all the time. Offensively he finishes at rim with thunderous dunks and has a nice mid range jump shot.
