Light Blue Team Preview

This event is a FREE INVITE-ONLY event to ensure that only the best in the NWO/Toledo area is being put in front of college coaches. This article below will cover one of the eight teams in the event. This article will cover the Light Blue Team. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1432018' first='Antione' last='West Jr'] - 2025 - G 6'2 - Whitmer </strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>West is one of my favorite players I saw all last season. He continues to get better every time I saw him play. Added aspects of his game that made it more complete. He is starting to understand the game better from the point guard position over the summer with All-Ohio Red and will continue to improve there. He has really good size for a point guard. He has an opportunity in this event to continue to prove himself as a top player in Toledo.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Evan Angstmann - 2024 - F 6'7 - St. Mary's</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Angstmann is a nice modern-day stretch forward. He can play inside and out and after watching him play in the playoffs last year I am excited to see how much better and more comfortable he may have gotten. He has a wide frame that has a very long wingspan. He knows how to use it on both ends by shooting over others and blocking many shots.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1432045' first='Jagger' last='Hutchins'] - 2025 - W 6'6 - Lima Senior</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Hutchins is a sniper. Played as a freshman for Coach Q's Lima senior squad and played for a reason. This kid can absolutely stroke it. He is a very tall wing that has super long arms. This allows him to get his shoot up without much space needed. He has a quick shot so you will always need to know where he is at.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Josh Jacobs - 2023 - W 6'2 - Rogers</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Jacobs is someone I am looking forward to watching. He played a more limited role in the games I watched him play over the summer with Rogers and I am excited to see him step out of that. He is a smart player that knows how to play the game the right way. He is a very nice athlete. Excited to see him show off more skills at this event.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Logan Horton - 2025 - F/C 6'10 - Northview</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Horton is an incoming sophomore that is 6'10. If that doesn't scream potential then I don't know what does.
