Grainger is currently playing football for the Tigers as a Quarterback this season. Devin’s brother Darrin is the current starting Quarterback at Georgia State University.
Grainger is a left-handed down-hill guard. Devin can get the ball to the cup or stop and pop from downtown when needed.
Can the Tigers make a move this season in Class 5A from the Lower State?
Scott is back at Socastee HS this after playing the past 2 seasons at Christian Academy of Myrtle Beach. Quadir is currently playing Quarterback after starting the season at Wide Receiver for the Braves.
Scott is a left-handed long and rangy guard. Quadir plays the game in attack mode at all times and shows to be very active in the passing lanes.
Faulkner is a feisty old school point guard for the Sharks. Jasaan still really likes to utilize the bounce pass and has no problems sacrificing his body on the defensive end of the floor. He’s currently playing football for the Sharks this fall.
Carr has showed some moments this summer on the Grassroots Circuit with Big Shots SC Premier. Darius should see some good minutes this season the Panthers roster with several players moving on.
Darius is best fit around the basket and just playing active and collecting rebounds off the glass.
Jamie seemed to be M.I.A this Grassroots and High School season the past 3-4 months. Brooks came off an impressive freshman season for the Chiefs where he received All-Region honors.
Jamie is a quick leaper off the floor and really does a good job of playing around the cylinder.
Simmons played good minutes last season as freshman for the Seahawks. Simmons is a Wide Receiver on the Seahawks Football team.
John is long and rangy and seems to catch anything thrown in his direction. Football will be the sport down the road for Mr. Simmons.
Javion hasn’t reached the surface of his game and skills yet on the hardwood. He runs the floor well and does a good job of keeping the ball up high after rebounding it.
Crawford must still develop a post move and get stronger but, that will come down the road for sure. He continues to build confidence and has a chance to be a rim protector moving forward. His best basketball is yet to come for the Tigers.
Jack plays the game with a good bit of swagger just like his older brother Mike (Now at The Citadel). Green scraps and really plays the game with a side of confidence.
Jack can knockdown shots so make sure not to leave him open. Prep Hoops didn’t see him anywhere on the Grassroots Circuit this past summer.
Hendrix and Green will be a good tandem for Saints Head Coach Buzz Busby this coming season. Brayden can pop off screens and make shots.
Hendrix will take some tough shots and times and sure enough will make him. Look for him to play on the ball this coming season for the Saints in the SCISA ranks.
