Continue ReadingA dual-sport star, Chase Tyler Chase Tyler 6’4″ | SG Hiram | 2024 State GA cemented himself as one of the biggest stock risers in the 2024 class with his heroic 44-point outburst at the Battle For Georgia, the most impressive performance in tournament history. Tyler scores in all ways imaginable, hitting threes, mid-range jumpers and converting through traffic. Chase has major momentum heading into the season after he’s done on the gridiron.
Peters is a physical specimen at guard. He uses his strength to get to the rim and has exceptional balance when stopping on a dime for his pull-up. Peters shoots the three well, hitting 62 at a 33% clip. He averaged 14.9 points as a sophomore.
Jefferies is in line to play a significant role his junior. Tay has deep three-point range and has shown versatility playing either guard position.
South Paulding will have a well-balanced scoring attack with Andrew Lavigne Andrew Lavigne 6’2″ | SG South Paulding | 2024 State GA playing the role of floor spacer. LaVigne is a very good shooter that has shown his mettle in pressure situations. LaVigne does a nice job getting to his mid-range jumper and will get all the way to the rim if given the chance.
Dwight Brown Dwight Brown 6’6″ | PF Eagle’s Landing | 2024 State GA is a prospect we will hear more of over the next two seasons. At 6-foot-6, he has length and athleticism. He’s an active rebounder that will also alter shots inside. Offensively, Brown is adept at converting up close and has touch extending to the mid-range.
An emerging scorer that will make a major impact this year, Warren has been a shot-maker on the perimeter this offseason. Kennedy makes plays with the ball in his hands. He is growing as a playmaker and is a sharp slasher.
Bop has bounce. He plays bigger than his size, able to rebound and score up close. The lefty can be positionless at times. He can score off the dribble, will hit the open three and has zip on his passes. Demory can be moved around in a variety of ways.
Catholic has tools to work with. He has good size on the perimeter, is a consistent rebounder and an interesting scorer. Catholic is solid within the arc, but he does like to launch deep threes. He’s streaky with his outside shot but holds promise long-term. With his length, Catholic can help guards multiple spots. He averaged 8.2 points, 5.7 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 1.7 steals and 1 block per game as sophomore.
