The 6-5 combo guard can beat you with his inside game and his outside shot. Phillips has been known as a "bully" in the high post, making it hard for defenders to block his shot. Phillips is one of the Blue Devils' big three ([player_tooltip player_id='1055750' first='Isaac' last='Celiscar'] and [player_tooltip player_id='814550' first='Dylan' last='James']) on a Winter Haven squad that reached the state semifinals last season. Phillips currently holds two D1 offers from Siena and Stetson University.

[player_tooltip player_id='1055721' first='Ramone' last='Seals']- Sports Leadership & Management Tampa- 2024

The 6-5 guard is one of the hardest workers in the Tampa Bay area. Seals came to SLAM Tampa from Oldsmar Christian this past season and averaged 15.1 points, 4.0 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game for the Spartans in 17 games played. Seals also shot 56 percent from the field, despite just 25 percent from three-point range. Seals currently holds an offer from Sam Houston State.

Jesse "Yoshi" Nimmo- Haines City/1Family- 2024

The 6-6 guard is coming off a sophomore season where he averaged 15.1 points per game to lead the Hornets. In our latest Prep Hoops Rankings, Nimmo is the 23rd overall ranked player and the 7th ranked combo guard. Nimmo has great length and is a reliable threat in the post and on the perimeter. Nimmo doesn't currently hold any D1 offers, but is gaining some interest from mid-major schools.

[player_tooltip player_id='1380026' first='Jordin' last='Bell']- Brooks DeBartolo/Showtime Ballers- 2024

Bell averaged 20 points per game during the grassroots circuit with Showtime Ballers and can knock it down from anywhere on the court. Last season for Brooks-DeBartolo, Bell averaged 19.7 points per game while shooting 45 percent from the field and 41 percent from three-point range. He has been known as a "matchup nightmare" where he makes it hard for defenders to stop him especially if he's hitting his shots. During the most recent live period, Bell received his first D1 offer from New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT).

[player_tooltip player_id='1055780' first='Anthony' last='Wilcox Jr.']- Lakeland/1Family- 2024

The 6-3 guard can provide results in a variety of ways, whether he is the primary ball handler or playing away from the ball. Wilcox has a quick first step and has a high basketball IQ. Wilcox currently holds two D-1 offers from Stetson and Arkansas-Pine Bluff.
