Adam Rickman Adam Rickman 6'6" | SF Borgia | 2024 State MO (Deez Ballers): The 6’6″ 2024 forward from St. Francis Borgia is a whirlwind of activity, especially when he has the ball in his hands. He was always on the attack and he’s tough to handle with his size and excellent ball handling skills. He can slither into top spaces or he could just power through into the lane to finish with both hands. He spends a lot of time at the free throw line with his aggressive style of play. He can also drop off the dime to the open teammate.
Jorden Williams Jorden Williams 6'0" | PG Whitfield | 2023 State MO (Team Showtime): The 6’0″ point guard from Whitfield helped his team to the 17U tournament championship with his smooth playmaking and perimeter shooting. He plays under control at all times and he has a feathery touch from beyond the 3-point line. He is also quick and he moves faster that it seems because he is very smooth and fluid in his motions.
Darrion Sutton (Team Showtime): A 6’8″ 2024 small forward who was one of the most creative players that I watched during the weekend. He plays the game in the manner of a James Harden with his ability pitty-pat the ball with his flashy handles. He will lull defenders with his ball handling before getting by them with his long stride to the basket. He can knock down the step back 3-pointer or get all the way to the rim to throw down a big dunk in traffic.
Nehemiah Reedus (Miller Career Academy): The 6’3″ 2023 guard was very impressive during Sunday’s action. He is long and athletic and he handles the ball well to be a very effective playmaker. He was getting buckets on swooping drives to the basket and he displayed a nice stroke from 3-point range. He has a nice old-school feel to his game as he can work patiently to get to his spots on the court to hit pull up jumpers. He also was very good on defense with his ability to disrupt with his length.
Dierre Hill (Riverfront Rebels): A 6’0″ 2025 guard from Vashon who plays much bigger than his actual size with his athleticism and high motor. He attacks the basket with authority and he finishes well against much taller defenders. He is an excellent rebounder from the guard position. He can also knock down the open 3-pointer. He was also a big factor on the defensive end as he helped his team win the 16U division.
Landon Schlanger (CDN): A 6’5″ 2024 forward from CBC who plays the Stretch 4 role very effectively. He is a very good 3-point shooter who is ideal in the pick and pop. He is very mobile and he also has a nice shooting touch in the lane. He is an unselfish player who moves the ball well with his passing ability.
