2023 Mookie Cook (AZ Compass Prep/ AZ) One of the best all around players at the tournament. The 6'6" forward excelled in every aspect the game. He started day 1 with a huge poster for the first points of the showcase and never looked back. Cook displayed high level athleticism, finishing ability, and is a quick leaper around the rim. His jumper is consistent all the way to the 3 point line as he hit from long range spotting up and off of catch and shoot situations. Cook also has good intangibles as he hit the boards and also made the right passes to his teammates.

2024 [player_tooltip player_id='1502766' first='Carter' last='Bryant'] (Sage Hill/ CA) When asked which players he models his game after, Bryant mentioned Kobe, Tracy McGrady, and Paul George. Standing at 6'8" with his skillset, you can see the potential Bryant has to grow into an NBA wing. The Sage Hill wing has advanced ball handling ability for someone his age. and size He utilizes hesitations and counters to create space and to free himself, and also does a great job reading the pick and roll setting up his teammates with several lobs and dimes at the rim. Bryant has a good stroke from 3 and midrange and combines it with his handles and triple threat ability to make himself a dangerous scorer. He also finished above the rim including a poster in traffic and several alleyoops. Bryant is a can't miss prospect who we will hear about for years to come.

2024 [player_tooltip player_id='1129386' first='Pharaoh' last='Compton'] (AZ Compass Prep/ AZ) One of the strongest and most aggressive finishers at the rim. Compton is a work horse in the paint and if he gets a running start, his opponents are bound to be on a poster as evident with the 9 dunks he had in the 2 day tournament. With his 6'7 muscular frame, he is able to bully his opponents and outbox and punish them in the paint for both easy scores and rebounds. Compton plays through contact and is one of the best physical finishers in the nation.

2024 Qingfang Pang (Christ the King/ NY) Smooth shooter with a high IQ and underrated athleticism. Pang attracted the attention of Chinese media outlets who flew out to Los Angeles just to see him and he did not dissapoint. The 6'9" forward is an excellent pick and pop threat at both mid range and the 3 point line. He loves shooting the 3 ball and displays good rotation and a high release on his shot. On the block Pang has a myriad of moves as he used head fakes, pump fakes, and turnarounds to score the ball. Qingfang's basketball IQ was also oozing through his veins as he constantly put his teammates in places to score and made extra passes to make the best possessions for his team. Also very comfortable pushing the ball.

2023 [player_tooltip player_id='1141752' first='Carey' last='Booth'] (Brewster/NH) Stretch big with length and IQ. The son of former NBA player Calvin Booth has a skillset that is vital to today's game as every team needs a big man who can shoot the ball. The 6'10" Penn State commit finished did just that with 25 pts and 8 rebounds in the consolation game. Booth has a high release on his shot with the ability to shoot from both the 3 and midrange. Booth also does a great job of pump faking the close out defender and getting to the rim where he can finish through traffic. On defense, Booth utilizes his length to protect the rim and contest shots. Good agility with long term potential.
