<p>He's an electrifying point guard with the skills, and ability to take over a game at the high school level. Yes he can run the point, and rack up points as well as any prospect in California. He has all the tools necessary to be a successful point guard at the next level. He has multiple DI offers.</p>

<p><strong>Haliburton a</strong> rising prospect at the position. This spring and summer he demonstrated he could successfully run the point against quality competition. He was settled, made good decisions, handled pressure, and upped his scoring when needed. He's a top notch on ball defender when locked in.</p>

<p>Mir plays with such a good understanding of the game. He can effectively handle the point guard position at this level if called to do so. He has good size, handles, plays on balance, and makes good decisions when he has the ball. He can put points on the board from both guard positions.</p>

<p>Let's just say he's the teams primary ball handler. At 6'1 he has the tools needed to be an effective facilitator at this level, but not only that, he's a points producer. He's one of NorCal's most productive prospects when he has the ball in his hands, and able to initiate the offense. </p>

<p>A skilled prospect who has the tools to run an offense. He's shown an ability to play off the ball at the high school level, nonetheless he's a solid ball handling guard that plays with a high IQ, good patience up top. He has the vision, and passing skills to facilitate, along with some scoring qualities. </p>

He has the confidence and the toughness for the position. His patience, decision making, and willingness to become a pass first point guard will be tested. </p>

<p>Through hard work, and persistence, <strong>Cooks</strong> is one of NorCal's most reliable point guards on the court. A no nonsense prospect who can properly run a teams offense, and defend at a high level. He plays under control, has good vision and passing, and looks to keep teammates involved as well as himself.</p>
