The final stop before the Peach Jam finals in Augusta, Ga. Took place in Kansas City, Missouri over this past weekend. For teams that are just on the border line of qualifying and for others to showcase their talents for college coaches for the last time. The weekend was full of competitive battles and stock risers that gained an opportunity to build their brands leading up to Peach Jam.

The Class of 2024 prospect was must see tv against TSF on Friday. Playing up 17U this weekend did not bother him at all with [player_tooltip player_id="709255" first="Sean" last="Stewart"] at (USA) basketball.
Speed kills and the 6’2 guard has a V6 engine in his legs. I was very impressed against his two matchups of Jarred McCain and Tru Washington. Offensively he used his speed to his advantage every chance he was given. His ability to change speeds and direction on a dime caught my eye. He has the ball on the string which is needed with his style of play. With an exceptionally quick first step out of the triple threat. It didn’t take him more than 3 dribbles to touch the paint consistently. He not only made plays for himself but showcased a variety of passes to keep his teammates involved.

He was a reliable CS 3 point shooter for his team while also showcasing the 18ft pull up jumper on occasions. On the defensive end no opposing guard wanted to see him. Picking up the ball handler 94 feet with his speed and active hands caused problems for the opponents backcourt. Took 3 charges in 2 games for his squad and finished the day 1-1 beating Vegas Elite. Also picked up his first D1 offer from Presbyterian College.

The 6’1 lead guard put on absolute show vs TSF on Friday. Finishing with 21 points and 4 assist most importantly the WIN. Facing one of his former teammates setup a showdown of the top guards in Florida. Jizzle came out super aggressive on the offensive and defensive end guarding his matchup 94 feet most of the game. The match up seemed personal with how he attacked every position and his dribble pull ups were falling all game. He lived in the paint either kicking out to shooters or scoring off 2 foot finishes. His basketball IQ was on full display showing the ability to score without the basketball throughout the game using down/baseline screens. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him take a big jump when the updated rankings come out.

The Missouri commit made sure to put on an excellent performance in his future home state and in front of his future coaches. I watched two games on Friday vs The Family and Alabama Fusion, and he was the best player on the floor both games. Averaging 14 points, 8 assists and 7 rebounds in the two games we watched. I felt a different energy about Robinson with his approach and demeanor before both games tip-offed. Vocally he led his team and showed in his action he meant business.

Taking on the opponent’s best guard or wing player every possession on the defensive end picking up 4 steals in two games. He can score in bunches with the best guards in the class of 2023. His main priority is getting the win while keeping his teammates involved throughout the game. Pure point guard that you never have to ask to defend. Not in the Top 100, but I see that changing after July.

The 6’7 forward was a pleasure to watch in the two games against Team WhyNot and Vegas Elite. Using his Athleticism and length to cause problems on the defensive end racking up 4 steals in 2 games. He had a very efficient day on the offensive end. The first two games on Friday, he shot 9-11 from the field. Tailoring 11 points the first game and 17 the second. Going a perfect 9-9 from the free throw line in two games as well. His activity on the floor is what coaches loved to see. His positive energy and motor were contagious in the second game vs Vegas elite. When he keeps it simple with SLD to the basket or in the dunker spot to finish around the rim good things consistently for him.
