He’s an excellent glue-guy who uses his length on defense to get deflections. He is also capable of guarding multiple positions. He’s a very unselfish player who keeps the ball moving with his passing skills. He can also knock down the open 3-pointer.
Matt Williams (816 Hoops 17U): A 6’6″ forward from Lee’s Summit North who can really stretch the defense with his ability to hit the 3-pointer. Jaquan Smith (KiCiago 17U): A 5’8″ point guard from Ruskin with good quickness and playmaking ability. The speedy southpaw can turn the corner to get downhill with a nice burst. He is also a good 3-point shooter with the handles and escape moves to create his own shot off the dribble.
Sam Piontek (Phenom Boys-Jarvis 17U): A 6’4″ wing player from Chaminade who is a skilled an unselfish player with a very good feel for the game. He can thread the needle on his passes or zip one across the court to an open teammate for an easy scoring opportunity. He can hit the 3-pointer while also being able to attack off the dribble on the straight line drive or a nice hesitation move to shake a defender.

He’s physically strong and he plays very good positional game to corral rebounds and get buckets in the low post. Carsten Seitz Carsten Seitz 5'11" | PG Nixa | 2023 State MO (Missouri Flight White 17U): A 5’11” combo guard from Nixa who displayed some very impressive shooting range in the game that I watched him. He didn’t hesitate to pull the trigger from 25 to 30 feet and he was hitting the bottom of the net. He can shoot it off the catch or move well without the ball to get himself open.
