4A will be interesting this year with a new team making its 4A debut in the playoffs.
5. Ridgeline High School || North ||
Ridgeline lost a lot but they have some pieces that are really good coming back. [player_tooltip player_id="1392877" first="Carson" last="Cox"] has the size and shooting ability off the bat to keep this team in games. [player_tooltip player_id="1235094" first="Jagger" last="Francom"] is a sleeper big in this class and [player_tooltip player_id="1418934" first="Luke" last="Sorenson"] is a game changer with size as well.
4. Sky View High School || North ||
Tanner Davis is good and is only getting better, pair him up with [player_tooltip player_id="969255" first="Logan" last="Deal"] and Sky View has two really good players that can cause problems for other teams. [player_tooltip player_id="1046503" first="Hayden" last="Howell"] is another guard that is really good too.
3. Layton Christian Academy || North ||
Layton Christian will be jumping into the 4A Playoffs. This team is stacked and they have three players that are underrated but maybe playing in 4A will help. Would love to see them and Juan Diego in 5A though. [player_tooltip player_id="1402371" first="Tyrese" last="Lacey"] is a dynamic PG with speed and skill. He will be a big get for someone that needs a PG that is a dog for some of those small schools. [player_tooltip player_id="1402370" first="Sammie" last="Ishimwe"] is a low key big time prospect with size and athleticism. He will be a tough guard to defend. [player_tooltip player_id="1332624" first="Souleymane" last="Barro"] is one of the best kept secrets out there. He is going to be either a HM D2 or a HM NJCAA prospect. Buy stock now.
2. Snow Canyon High School || South ||
Snow Canyon has some dudes that you do not want to miss on. First we have [player_tooltip player_id="1132291" first="Bowen" last="Hammer"] who might be one of those sleepers that is now stock rising and will be a major recruit coming up here shortly. He has size and shooting ability. He is dribbling the ball a lot better than most give him credit. Stay tuned as his recruitment could continue to rise. Then you have [player_tooltip player_id="934041" first="Lyman" last="Simmons"] who is a big time problem deep on the block. He gets great position and he is getting stronger. Nice hook with both hands and he can step out and shoot the ball too. [player_tooltip player_id="1384536" first="Owen" last="Mackay"] is a well know leaper but his stock will rise as he is more mature and he is playing a more defined role coming up here shortly.
1. Dixie High School || South ||
If you haven't seen Dixie play this Summer you are missing out. Not only do the have talent all over the flood they have some amazing chemistry that has been the biggest difference between them and a lot of other teams in 4A. They have a smart young PG in [player_tooltip player_id="1391447" first="Jordan" last="Roberts"] who seems to find everyone and knows when players will be open. His passing ability is elite and he is likely to be up there in the state as one of the leading assist guys regardless of classification. Then you have another piece in [player_tooltip player_id="1146670" first="John" last="Southwick"] who is slowly making his presence felt as a guard that can score at all three levels. John has a bright future ahead of him. Then you have the big fella in [player_tooltip player_id="1185179" first="Kyle" last="Lemke"] who might be one of the fastest bigs betting up and down the floor on rim runs. You can tell that it is a big emphasis in what they do out at Dixie.
