He’s armed with a quick release, extended range, and picturesque form on his jumper. He showed some chops as a secondary ball-handling option for a very good Falcons team last season.</p>

A 6-0 off-ball guard who can really shoot it, he moves really well without the ball in his hands and has his feet squared and ready to shoot on the catch. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1476979" first="Jesse" last="Cornelison"] (Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont) [133]:</strong> Cornelison is a 5-8 point guard who started 22 games for the Rockets and showcased himself as both a scorer and playmaker throughout the year. He can score from all three levels, and he’s a pest on the defensive end who averaged 2.8 steals a game, using his quick feet and hands to make an impact. </p>

A 6-1 off-ball guard who moves really well off the ball, his shooting is a real weapon. The next step in his development will be improving his ability to create his own shot. </p>

He’s best when he’s playing downhill and getting to the rim for finishes. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1476980" first="Mason" last="Smith"] (Chariton) [136]:</strong> A volume scorer who averaged 16.5 points and 2.2 steals a game, Smith is a 5-7 guard who competes on the glass, pulling down 4.5 boards a game as a sophomore. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1476981" first="Cayde" last="Eberling"] (West Fork) [137]:</strong> Eberling led the Warhawks in scoring as a sophomore, putting up 13.7 points a game while also showing that he can get others involved. He has good size at 6-3 and can fill it up from all three levels. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1476982" first="Hunter" last="Hughes"] (WACO) [138]:</strong> A do-it-all 6-1 point guard, Hughes averaged 11.9 points, 4.8 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 2.9 steals a game last season for the Warriors. He’s best when he’s attacking and getting to the rim and he does a great job getting into passing lanes and defending on the perimeter. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1476983" first="Cass" last="Hoffman"] (Cascade) [139]:</strong> A streaky but effective perimeter shooter, Hoffman is a 5-11 off-ball guard who shot 35.5% from behind the arc as a sophomore, starting all 23 games for the Cougars. He’s a solid secondary ball-handler and passer who was second on the team in assists. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1476986" first="Tsuirad" last="Moore"] (Davenport Central) [140]:</strong> An athletic 5-11 combo guard, Moore averaged 6.1 points, 1.4 assists, and 1.9 steals a game as a sophomore. He’s at his best when he’s playing downhill and using his quick first step and athleticism to get to the bucket for finishes. </p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1476987" first="Myles" last="Davis"] (Marion) [141]:</strong> Davis is a fantastic athlete with tree-trunk legs. He has already committed to play baseball at Iowa, but he’s a solid basketball player as well who can put the ball on the floor and get to the rim, as well as defend multiple positions on the perimeter with his quick feet and hands. </p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1476988" first="Michael" last="Gadberry"] (Lisbon) [142]:</strong> A 5-9 point guard who handles it well and has good court vision, Gadberry had a really nice sophomore year, leading the Lions in assists and showing himself to be a solid perimeter shooting threat. He’s small but does a good job utilizing his quick first step to get by defenders and he’s always looking to get others involved. </p>
