With the ball in his hands, the ball flows back and forth with silky smooth dribbles. Rickey has limitless range and is a player who often hits tough contested jump shots. Near the rim, he often hangs in the air for finger roll finishes. Rickey is a player who plays at his own pace due to his great handle, head fakes, and footwork and is a true three-level scorer.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1284572" first="Silas" last="McCurnin"] - Poudre</strong></p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1284572" first="Silas" last="McCurnin"] was one of the top junior scorers in the state last season due to his great shooting ability. As soon as he catches the ball he has it in his shooting pocket and he has a very quick release. Silas is a good mover off of the ball and is very good coming off of screens for catch and shoot three-pointers. He also has a smooth floater/mid-range game he can go to off of a pump fake. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1285224" first="Ethan" last="Levin"] - Kent Denver</strong></p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1285224" first="Ethan" last="Levin"] led all juniors in the state in scoring averaging 25.4 points per game. Ethan is a player who is very quick and creates opportunities for himself by making quick cuts off of the ball. When cutting, Ethan has great instincts and is great at making backdoor cuts. When he gets on a hot streak he is a hard player to stop from scoring. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1420185" first="Ty" last="Afraimi"] - Columbine</strong></p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1420185" first="Ty" last="Afraimi"] is a smooth lefty scorer who has made a name for himself as a knockdown shooter. Ty uses good footwork to step into rhythm when catching the ball. He has very consistent form when shooting and is a player who can hit shots in close game situations. When getting downhill Ty does a good job of using his pump fake and pivot to create better looks at the basket.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1139829" first="Geo" last="Velarde"] - Brighton</strong></p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1139829" first="Geo" last="Velarde"] is a microwave scorer with solid size for a combo guard standing at 6’1. Geo is a very good catch shoot shooter, he also has a nice jab step that he uses to create space and shoot over defenders. When in his zone Geo is a very good cutter off the ball and a soft touch on floaters. Near the rim and in the mid-range Geo is a crafty scorer who does a good job of creating contact.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1284506" first="Tyler" last="HUNSINGER"] - Denver South</strong></p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1284506" first="Tyler" last="HUNSINGER"] was another one of the top junior scorers in the state last year. Tyler is good at tightly running off of screens and is good at catching the ball and automatically squaring up. He has a quick-release on the ball and can shoot on and off of the dribble. Tyler also does a good job of using stepbacks and sidesteps to create space for his jump shot. With the ball in his hands, he uses a quick first step to blow by defenders guarding him too closely.</p>
