WPIAL Class 3A (Section 2) – Top 20 All-Stars

<p>As we move forward the Prep Hoops Pennsylvania Top 20 All-Stars have been organized for the WPIAL 3A classification of Section 2 from the high school hoop season. We took a good amount of time to evaluate the players for their selection to the top twenty list in no particular order.
