<p>As we move forward the Prep Hoops Pennsylvania Top 20 All-Stars have been organized for the WPIAL 3A classification of Section 2 from the high school hoop season. We took a good amount of time to evaluate the players for their selection to the top twenty list in no particular order. Over the years this section has been one of the most competitive sections not only in Western PA but in the entire state. </p>

<li>He brings the toughness of a football player to the basketball court and is a tenacious rebounder</li>
