FIRST TEAM
G Tyler Haney Tyler Haney 6'1" | CG Sun Prairie | 2025 State WI , United Hoops – Sun Prairie (WI)
Haney was pretty much a lock for the all-tournament team after his outstanding performance in the tournament opener. In his first game, the 5’10” point guard knocked down shot after shot from beyond the arc and scored in a variety of ways. He also got it done on defense with several intercepted passes leading to scores in transition. There was a moment in the second half of that game where he hit four 3-pointers in a row on four straight possessions. He finished with 29 points and also got several assists and rebounds. He even had a chase down block. I saw him display a similar skillset the rest of the weekend as he would get his teammates more involved and do the little things to help his team succeed. There’s lots to like about the Sun Prairie Product.
G Mason Bechen, Iowa Prep – North Linn (IA)
Bechen was almost unstoppable while driving to the basket this weekend. He dropped 30 points to open things up and almost all his buckets came in the paint. They weren’t wide open layup opportunities created by his teammates either. Bechen would oftentimes back down guards to get closer looks. He constantly filled lanes and finished through contact too. Also made a nice spin-move layup.. Bechen also contributed a lot on defense. He snagged 11 rebounds and had several fast-break steals that game. Bechen excelled throughout the weekend as he averaged over 20 points per game to led his team to a 4-0 record in the division B. Bechen has a unique skillset that isn’t common for guards built like him.
F Landon Bull, Quad Cities Shockers 1 – Rockridge (IL)
Probably the most impactful player this weekend. Bull excelled on both ends of the floor, leading his team to a first place finish in Division A. He would often force opponents to take difficult shots and finished well in the paint. Excelled at crashing the glass too. But what was most impressive was his display of guard skills against United Hoops Saturday afternoon. Looked like a floor general with behind-the-back dribbles while driving the lane and was quick going coast-to-coast with some euro-step finsihes. Found lots of second-chance opportunities throughout the week. He then showed long range abilities as he knocked down some clutch 3-pointers Sunday afternoon against Ez Work elite. Bull shows so much promise as a point forward for the Shockers and the 2A fourth place finishers in Illinois.
F Treyvon Taylor, Ez Work Elite – Moline (IL)
There’s lots to like about Taylor’s game. Displayed a very similar skillset as Landon Bull. It was very fun to see these two point-forwards go at it Sunday afternoon. What I liked most about Taylor are his physical attributes. Took advantage of his big body against United Hoops on Saturday to get some nice buckets in the paint. He barely missed down low that game. Taylor wasn’t afraid to let it fly either. I Saw him make several jump shots from mid range and deep throughout the weekend. He was very crafty with the ball and impressed with his footwork. Had a nice euro-step finish against QC Shockers too.
F Jabari Lee, Together As One – Germantown (WI)
Lee has by far the most upside of any 15U player this weekend. The 6’5″ winger outsized almost everyone on the floor. He’s very athletic with long arms and a nice overall build. Would score lots of buckets at ease Saturday afternoon driving to the basket. On Sunday morning, I saw an outstanding defensive effort. He blocked four shots on four consecutive possessions and found easy transition baskets on the other end. In addition to his nine total blocks, Lee slammed home an alley-oop jam and dunked on several more occasions. The future is bright for Jabari Lee.
SECOND TEAM
G Damyien Jackson, Quad Cities Shockers 1 – Assumption (IA)
G Montrevion Roby, Together As One – Bradley Tech (WI)
G Sterling Hoarde, Illinois Elite – Rockford East (IL)
G Tavian Crawford, United Hoops – Sun Prairie (WI)
F Cailen Shaderick, Ez Work Elite – Davenport Central (IA)
THIRD TEAM
G Marcus McQueen, EZWork Elite – Rock Island (IL)
G Austin Goodrich Austin Goodrich 6'1" | SG Marion | 2025 State IA , Iowa Mavs – Anamosa (IA)
G Tyson Sesser, Iowa Mavs – Camanche (IA)
F Kingston Caldwell, Together As One – Dominican (WI)
F Brody Clubb Brody Clubb 6'3" | PF Clear Creek Amana | 2025 State IA , 212 Basketball Academy – Cleer Creek Amana (IA)
