The 2022 class got a little smaller over the weekend as [player_tooltip player_id="1202187" first="Ben" last="Reichert"] and [player_tooltip player_id="901979" first="Nate" last="Williams"] are off the board as they committed to Mansfield and Gettysburg, respectively. The class is still filled with talent players who can make an impact at the next level, especially in Non-Public A. Here are the top available 2022 prospects in Non-Public A.

[player_tooltip player_id="1013044" first="Adam" last="Silas"], 6’2 CG St. Thomas Aquinas

Silas has been playing at a high level all season long and is looking to translate it into success at the next level. The 6’2 guard is tough to contain off the bounce and can finish in a variety of ways around the basket. Silas is more than just a slasher as he has a nice release on his jumper and shoots the ball with confidence from behind the arc. He knows how to get his teammates involved in the halfcourt and gets deflections on the defensive end. Silas is a gritty, two-way guard prospect whose recruitment will be one to watch.

[player_tooltip player_id="1026250" first="Jaden" last="Arline"], 5’11 PG Paul VI

Arline is one to watch as he can impact the game in multiple ways. The 5’11 guard is a tough on-ball defender as he slides his feet well and makes it tough for opponents get into their sets. Arline has a quick release on his jumper and is capable of knocking down jumpers in bunches. He is more than just a shooter as he can also beat his defender off the bounce and makes good decisions with the ball in his hands. Arline is a quick, floor general whose ability to play good on-ball defense will help his stock in a big way.

[player_tooltip player_id="1202204" first="Ethan" last="Simmon"], 6’4 SG St. Joe’s Metuchen

Simmon is one of the top available shooters in the 2022 class, which should help him get early minutes at the next level. The 6’4 guard has a smooth release on his jumper and sets his feet before he shoots. Simmon moves exceptionally well off the ball, creating open layups and jumpers for himself. He can also get to the rim from the perimeter and has the length to defend multiple positions. Simmon’s shooting and ability to defend on the perimeter makes him a good 3-and-D option at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id="901956" first="David" last="Mager"], 6’3 SG Dwight-Englewood

Mager is a prospect to track as he has the potential to impact the game in a variety of ways at the next level. The 6’3 lefty attacks the basket strong and does not mind drawing contact. Mager is more than just a slasher as he shoots the ball with confidence from distance and wastes little motion in his form. He is an underrated passer and slides his feet on the defensive end. Mager is a skilled guard prospect who should be one to watch with his ability to score in multiple ways.

[player_tooltip player_id="931021" first="Darren" last="Tuck"], 6’4 SG St. Joe’s Metuchen

Simmon is not the only Falcon on this list as Tuck is one of the more intriguing available prospects in the class. The lanky 6’4 guard attacks the basket with a purpose as he finishes strong around the rim and draws contact regularly. Tuck uses his size to shoot over smaller defenders and can knock down open jumpers on the perimeter. He is a strong rebounder and has the athleticism to defend multiple positions. Tuck’s combination of size, athleticism and skill is something that will help his stock at the next level.
