<p class="p3">Jones showed why he is potential Mr. Basketball in Ohio in this one. He did it all for the Lions. Scored with ease at all three levels. Hit four threes and finished with 29 in this one. Super efficient only taking 14 shots. Quick guard with a tight handle and great moves. Operates off pick-n-rolls beautifully. Not many other point guards I’ve seen this year that I would take over him. Showed a lot of passion and was high energy all game. Brought great defensive pressure and did a great job leading Gahanna.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><b><a href="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2022/03/Quinn-Corna35.jpg"><img class="size-medium wp-image-1401786 alignleft" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2022/03/Quinn-Corna35-300x173.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="173" /></a>[player_tooltip player_id="921754" first="Quinn" last="Corna"] (2022) - G 6’3 - Upper Arlington<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></b></p>
<p class="p3">Corna had a very nice game in this one. I really like his great off-ball movement. Does a great job of setting up his cuts. Had some very nice takes with great touch around the rim. I liked the decisions he made while attacking the basket. Can’t leave him open.</p>
<p class="p1"><b>[player_tooltip player_id="1045461" first="Julian" last="Heckman"] (2022) - G 6’0 - Reynoldsburg <a href="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2022/03/Julian-Heckman35.jpg"><img class="size-medium wp-image-1401788 alignright" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2022/03/Julian-Heckman35-300x200.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="200" /></a></b></p>
<p class="p3">Heckman is a very nice slashing guard. Very strong and aggressive takes through multiple defenders. Showed off some great finishes. Took a charge. Got more aggressive more the game went on a had a very nice fourth quarter but wasn’t enough for the win.</p>
<p class="p1"><b><a href="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2022/03/Trey-Majidzedah352.jpg"><img class="size-medium wp-image-1401789 alignleft" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2022/03/Trey-Majidzedah352-300x245.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="245" /></a>[player_tooltip player_id="1201819" first="Trey" last="Majidzadeh"] (2022) - G 6’1 - Olentangy Liberty<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></b></p>
<p class="p3">Majidzadeh got it going in the second half in this one. I really like his pace and handling of pressure. Has a sneaky nice stutter/hesitation to his game that gets defenders off balance then he blows by them with his quickness.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p> </p>
<p> </p>
<p class="p1"><b>Kruz McClure (2025) - G 6’1 - Westerville South<a href="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2022/03/Kruz-McClure35.jpg"><img class="size-medium wp-image-1401790 alignright" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2022/03/Kruz-McClure35-300x200.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="200" /></a></b></p>
<p class="p3">McClure played big minutes in this one. The freshman is very long and has some very nice athleticism. Quick with a tight handle. Willing defender and applies good on-ball pressure. I really like the decisions he made with the ball in his hands as well. Excited to watch him over the next four years develop.</p>
<p class="p1"><b><a href="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2022/03/ryan-Nutter35.jpg"><img class="size-medium wp-image-1401792 alignleft" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2022/03/ryan-Nutter35-300x218.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="218" /></a>[player_tooltip player_id="922602" first="Ryan" last="Nutter"] (2023) - G 6’3 - Dublin Jerome</b></p>
<p class="p3">Nutter had a very nice game for Jerome. Tough kid and showed that off by constantly attacking the basket against bigger defenders. Allowing him to get to the free-throw line tons. I liked the way he controlled Jerome’s offense. Sneaky athlete. Had 2 highlight level help-side blocks. Had a big-time charge late that gave Jerome a chance late in this one.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
