Star Player:

[player_tooltip player_id="863968" first="Thomas" last="Dillard IV"] (2022, SF, Kalamazoo Central)

Dillard’s defense will rule the day. I always talk about his D, but don’t forget, he’s getting buckets through the playoffs as well.

Star Player:

[player_tooltip player_id="1212739" first="Tae" last="Boyd"] (2023, SF, Grand Blanc)

Star Player:

[player_tooltip player_id="863948" first="Cooper" last="Craggs"] (2022, F, Detroit Catholic Central)

[player_tooltip player_id="863969" first="Terrance" last="Broughton"] (2022, PG, Detroit Cass Tech)

Broughton transferring in helped take Cass Tech to a whole new level. He’s a fast guard that can play effectively at that speed. Broughton has the ability to mesh nicely no matter who is in the backcourt with him.

DIVISION 2

WHITEHALL VS. GRAND RAPIDS CATHOLIC CENTRAL

Prediction: Grand Rapids Catholic Central

Star Player:

[player_tooltip player_id="987270" first="Kaden" last="Brown"] (2023, PG, Grand Rapids Catholic Central)

Hudson is a huge reason why I picked Escanaba. His ability to effect the game from so many different spots on the floor is tough to overcome.

FREELAND VS. FLINT HAMADY

Prediction: Flint Hamady

Star Player:

Jakobie Boose (2024, SG, Flint Hamady)
