All-Prep Hoops Teams

<p>This is a list of players across the state that we have tabbed as the best players in the state regardless of class. We have taken into account the regular season as it weights more than a few games in the playoffs. There will be some players left off that had excellent years. We will be creating teams with a mixture of players and positions.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">1^st Team All-Prep Hoops</span></p> <p><strong>PG: 6’4 [player_tooltip player_id="934473" first="Rex" last="Sunderland"] || Davis High School || 2022 ||</strong></p> <p>Rex has offers from New Hampshire, Idaho State and Utah Valley. He is a great on and off the ball talent. He has proven he can shoot the ball well enough to be off the ball. Defensively he is a competitor. </p> <p><strong>SG: 6’4 Roddy Gale || Wasatch Academy || 2022 ||</strong></p> <p>Super athlete that is heading to Ohio State as a SG. that can really attack the rim. Will be fun to track at the next level. </p> <p><strong>CG: 6’5 [player_tooltip player_id="934472" first="Collin" last="Chandler"] || Farmington High School || 2022 ||</strong></p> <p>Collin was our Mr. Basketball and he was a McDonald’s All-American snub. If he’s on a better team he is a shoe in. </p> <p><strong>W: 6’7 [player_tooltip player_id="711697" first="Chris" last="Bunch"] || Wasatch Academy || 2022 ||</strong></p> <p>Under the radar talent headed to Syracuse. Long and athletic player that will fit in well with what the Orange do. </p> <p><strong>C: 6’9 [player_tooltip player_id="935804" first="Keba" last="Keita"] || Wasatch Academy || 2022 ||</strong></p> <p>One of the best unsigned seniors that was a beast as he was trying to rip every backboard off the ceiling. He is a presence inside and has a lot of D1’s on him including some Pac-12 schools. </p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">2^nd Team All-Prep Hoops</span></p> <p><strong>PG: 6’0 Willy Lightfoot || Wasatch Academy || 2022 ||</strong></p> <p>Late addition over at Wasatch Academy  but he can go. He is fun to watch and has a lot of energy as he is heading to Bowling Green. </p> <p><strong>CG: 6’3 [player_tooltip player_id="1057044" first="David" last="Katoa"] || RSL Academy || 2024 ||</strong></p> <p>David has really made a lot of strides. He is playing with athleticism and he is scoring at all three-levels. Mulyiple D1 offers including Utah State and NJIT.</p> <p><strong>SG: 6’6 [player_tooltip player_id="968781" first="Dylan" last="Jones"] || Westlake High School || 2022 ||</strong></p> <p>One of the top shooters out there that is still available. Would be a great D1 walk-on, but has D2 impact player written all over him. </p> <p><strong>PF: 6’9 [player_tooltip player_id="934490" first="Jack" last="Wistrcill"] || Olympus High School || 2022 ||</strong></p> <p>Big time get for Norther Arizona. Footworks has gotten better and he is skilled on the block and perimeter. </p> <p><strong>C: 6’9 [player_tooltip player_id="1114374" first="Malick" last="Diallo"] || Juan Diego Catholic || 2024 ||</strong></p> <p>Raw D1 talent as Malick has impressed BYU, Utah State and other D1’s enough to pick up offers. The Mali native has game and dominates 3A. </p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">3^rd Team All-Prep Hoops</span></p> <p><strong>PG: 6’0 [player_tooltip player_id="934030" first="Quentin" last="Meza"] || Cyprus High School || 2023 ||</strong></p> <p>This kid has motor and heart to go along with some elite basketball skill and IQ. Makes some tough plays on both ends of the floor. D1 schools have shown interest and have offered already. </p> <p><strong>G: 6’3 [player_tooltip player_id="1127199" first="McCaden" last="Adams"] || Pleasant Grove High School || 2022 ||</strong></p> <p>McCaden proved what he could do by himself out at PG as he lost two top players last year as they wen to different schools. McCaden finds various ways to score. </p> <p><strong>W: 6’6 [player_tooltip player_id="850703" first="Camden" last="Heide"] || Wasatch Academy || 2022 ||</strong></p> <p>Heading to Purdue and he can shoot the ball like crazy. Will be a nice fit out there with the Boilamakers. </p> <p><strong>SG: 6’5 [player_tooltip player_id="1057034" first="Dutch" last="Dowdell"] || Olympus High School || 2024 ||</strong></p> <p>This kid had himself a season and he is the premier shooter in the state as a Class of 2024 player. Look for him to get a few offers soon if he hasn’t already. </p> <p><strong>F: 6’11 [player_tooltip player_id="969630" first="Bron" last="Roberts"] || Timpanogos High School || 2023 ||</strong></p> <p>Stanford has offered this long SF that can stretch the floor.
