The 2025 class is full of intrigue as they have flashed talent at a young age on the varsity level. The big man group in the initial 2025 rankings are talented and should make a mark on the Garden State for years to come. Here are the top post prospects in the 2025 rankings.

[player_tooltip player_id="1411646" first="Ifaola" last="Tacko"], 6’11 C Patrick School

Tacko is the top rated big man in the 2025 class due to his combination of size, athleticism and length. The 6’11 post plays with good footwork on both ends of the floor, allowing him to swat shots around the basket. Tacko works hard on the glass, creating second chance opportunities for his team throughout the game. He is developing his range on the offensive end and can finish around the basket. Tacko is a name to watch in the 2025 class as he gains more confidence on the offensive end throughout his varsity career.

[player_tooltip player_id="1411402" first="David" last="Munro"], 6’7 PF Bergen Catholic

Munro had a solid debut season for the Crusaders and should build on it in the spring and summer. The 6’7 forward knows how to finish around the basket and has a strong frame to draw contact. Munro has an underrated face-up game as he can put the ball on the floor and shows a good touch on his free throws. He is a strong rebounder and works hard on the defensive end. Munro is a talented forward prospect who should see a bigger role in Bergen Catholic’s offense in 2022-23.

[player_tooltip player_id="1411625" first="Char" last="Yeiy"], 6’9 PF Blair Academy

Yeiy is an intriguing prospect to watch due to his skillset. The lanky 6’9 forward has a good face-up game as he can knock down jumpers on the perimeter and has an underrated handle. Yeiy moves well off the ball and has a nice touch around the basket. He uses his length to alter shots around the basket and skies for rebounds on both ends of the floor. Yeiy is a stretch four prospect who should see his name get talked about more with more touches on the offensive end.

[player_tooltip player_id="1411661" first="Malachi" last="Arrington"], 6’9 C Roselle Catholic

Arrington is set for a breakout campaign with his ability to play around the basket. The 6’9 post has a strong frame, which he uses to get position in the paint at both ends of the floor. Arrington has a good touch around the basket and plays with good footwork down low. He is tough to box out on both ends of the floor and can hold his own playing defense in the post. Arrington is a physical, post prospect who should continue to get better as the years go by.

[player_tooltip player_id="1411622" first="Mekhi" last="Ragland"], 6’6 PF DePaul

Ragland had a good debut season for DePaul and is looking to build on that during the spring and summer. The 6’6 forward has a physical frame, which he uses to get position down low and has a nice touch around the basket. Ragland showed his ability to play on the perimeter as he knocked down jumpers from behind the arc and has an underrated handle. He is a solid post defender and is tough to box out on both ends of the floor. Ragland is a strong, power forward prospect who should continue to improve his game over the next couple of years.
