With only a few games being played on Tuesday night, it's Wednesday night match-up this week. And we look at a top five contest between Wayzata and East Ridge!

Game of the Night

Wayzata vs East Ridge is a top five contest with the winner getting momentum. Both teams are fairly deep and fairly skilled. Witch Josh Peltier and Bryan Schnettler being long time friends,it makes the game even more interesting.

Here are the projected line-ups:

One: ([player_tooltip player_id="1167554" first="Hayden" last="Tibbits"]) vs ([player_tooltip player_id="1144129" first="Dane" last="Meuler"]). Tibbits has stepped up and had a great year. He is scoring a dozen a game and has been clutch in some of the bigger wins that Wayzata has had. Dane is a senior and has been solid scoring three times a game and being tough. Both are strong lead guards although [player_tooltip player_id="850708" first="Kendall" last="Blue"] of course will handle at times for the Raptors when they push or have a call/idea in mind.

Two: ([player_tooltip player_id="958661" first="Drew" last="Berkland"]) vs ([player_tooltip player_id="962211" first="Alex" last="Mattes"]). Mattes has had a great season scoring 18 points a game. [player_tooltip player_id="958661" first="Drew" last="Berkland"] might be the perfect person to test Mattes. Berkland will give up some height but he's strong, smart, and competitive. Mattes has really blossomed this year so it will be Berkland's job - if this is the match-up - to try and slow Mattes. Berkland is also scoring in double figures as the third option often times.

Three: ([player_tooltip player_id="1201757" first="Spencer" last="Hall"]) vs ([player_tooltip player_id="1144115" first="Carson" last="Koch"]). The ex-factor guys. Koch is 6'5 and the team's third leading scorer. You could see Koch on a few different players defensively. Hall is the all around producing active player that can score in double figures, can defend, is a good passer and a smart all around player.

Four: ([player_tooltip player_id="796955" first="Ryan" last="Harvey"]) vs ([player_tooltip player_id="850708" first="Kendall" last="Blue"]). Harvey is the biggest non post among the Wayzata starters at 6'4. Does Wayzata go smaller and a bit more agile, or stay with the veteran defender at 6'4 against Blue. Kendall has been outstanding this year coming at teams from all angles scoring 24 a game. He's been more physical than we've seen before and few players can take a defensive board (Blue grabs ten boards a game) and push the other way like Blue. It will take a team effort to defend Blue.

Five: ([player_tooltip player_id="850713" first="Carter" last="Bjerke"]) vs ([player_tooltip player_id="1284105" first="Charlie" last="Theis"]). I put Charlie here as I have seen Charlie defend a couple other fives in other games this year so I put him here against Bjerke, Theis is 6'4/6'5 and tough so Bjerke will have to fight for his spots. But Carter is 6'8 and scoring 19 points a game inside and out. He can pick and pop with the best of them and his low post game is tough as well. If Theis is in fact the guy fighting with Bjerke, it will be a great challenge for the sophomore. But it will also be another example of far ahead of the game Charlie is when it comes to matured players his age.

6th Man: ([player_tooltip player_id="1287438" first="Jackson" last="McAndrew"]) vs ([player_tooltip player_id="1284104" first="Charlie" last="Bern"]). Charlie is another 6'4/6'5 big in the East Ridge sophomore class that is tough, matured past his age as a hooper, and a guy that can score three buckets a game on average. McAndrew has the label of "future" on him when it comes to the Wayzata program. He has cracked a mature line-up as a blossoming 6'7/6'8 big getting better with each game.
