Jay Baxter (Stockton): An impressive 6’6″ forward who plays with good strength and athleticism around the basket. He is a very strong finisher inside and he can score with both hands with equal effectiveness. He can also put the ball on the floor and attack off the dribble. He is also a tenacious rebounder. He has a 23-point, 21-rebound game to his credit this season.
Aaron Poage Aaron Poage 6'5" | SF Camdenton | 2023 State MO (Camdenton): The versatile 6’5″ wing has been a bright spot for the Lakers this season. He’s a potent offensive threat who has displayed three-level scoring ability this season. His 3-point shooting range is solid and he can also create a shot off the dribble. He is very effective from the high post and he can attack the basket.
Almarion Williams (Charleston): The 5’10” point guard has been a steady and solid performer for the Bluejays, who won the SEMO Conference championship this season. He’s a strong ball handler and solid 3-point shooter at 37 percent from long distance. He is also averaging 11 points, three assists and two steals a game.
Tre Harris (Jennings): A slashing 6’0″ guard who does an excellent job attacking the basket and scoring on twisting drives to the basket. He can operate in tight spaces and score through contact with his strength. He keeps defenders honest with a 3-point shot as well. He is averaging 16.7 points and four rebounds while shooting 54 percent from the field and 35 percent from 3-point range.
Kyle Turnbull (Elsberry): A 6’5″ forward who played a big role in helping the Indians to the EMO Conference championship. He is a productive player inside as a scorer and rebounder. He’s a double-double threat whenever he touches the floor. He can also face up and hit the high-post jumper and stretch it out to 3-point range.
Josh Bishop (Soldan): A 6’1″ point guard who has emerged as an excellent floor leader and bucket-getter this season in helping the Tigers to a 16-7 record. He is a creative scorer off the dribble who also does a nice job distributing the basketball and keeping all of his teammates involved. He enters the district playoffs averaging 14 points a game.
