6A Playoff Prospects

<p>With the 6A teams left we want to highlight a few players that we need to watch that might not be getting a lot of hype. </p>
<p><strong>6’2 PG Ashton Anderson || Westlake High School || 2022 ||</strong></p>
<p>Ashton has experience and he is a go,go,go guard. Ashton is speedy and he runs to his spots out on the wings. Makes open three-pointers and he gets in the lane. With a little bit of everything in this kids game and some size as a guard that could play that PG position Ashton has a nice all-around game. </p>
<p><strong>6’5 W [player_tooltip player_id="967705" first="MJ" last="Tia"] || Cyprus High School || 2022 ||</strong></p>
<p>MJ is that piece of the puzzle or the glue you need to really keep an eye on as he does the little things on the glass on both ends. He extends plays and he makes that extra pass. MJ is also starting to really click offensively. MJ can guard 1-5 if called upon and he holds his own. Defensively in a switching style of play he would do well. </p>
<p><strong>6’4 SG [player_tooltip player_id="968110" first="Tyler" last="Burraston"] || Corner Canyon High School || 2022 ||</strong></p>
<p>Tyler has been quiet in the second half pf the season but his game is not quiet as he can go off at any time and he is a major shooting threat. He has the ability to sit out in the perimeter and be effective casting from anywhere. Tyler has next level shooting ability. </p>
<p><strong>6’5 G [player_tooltip player_id="968087" first="Tyler" last="Newbold"] || Bingham High School || 2022 ||</strong></p>
<p>Tyler has had his moments this year but a a player that has been playing the 1-4 at the high school level. Tyler could be a solid find for the right school as many small schools are looking at him. Tyler has a smooth looking three-ball that has a high release and he is solid down on the blocks. He is a late bloomer so there is more to his game that can be tapped. </p>
<p><strong>6’4 G [player_tooltip player_id="968113" first="Colby" last="Carter"] || Skyridge High School || 2022 ||</strong></p>
<p>Colby is an active guard that can shoot the ball. Colby will rim run but he will also run the lanes and find his spot and light you up in transition. Versatile guard who plays both ends of the floor and with some good size he could be a prospect that can fill a roster spot but also be productive. </p>
