Jazen Guillory Jazen Guillory 6'3" | CG Ferndale | 2022 State WA – 6’3″ 225lbs- Ferndale HS
Jazen is a fantastic scorer. He can finish in transition with ease or dish the ball to a teammate for the finish. The Ferndale HS senior is able to use his body very well when finishing at the rim. His hands are always active on the defensive sides of things as well, making him a problem on both sides of the court. Over the summer he suffered a torn MCL but seems to be 100% healthy after dropping a triple double against Blaine HS on 02/05.
Reed Richardson– 6’0″ 175lbs- Squalicum HS
Reed is one of the most under the radar guards in the state. He has a very steady three point shooter for the Storm all season. The senior is consistently able to knock down that long range shot which he displayed very well against Burlington-Edison HS on 01/18, where he compiled 32 points with 8 three pointers. Reed is a very gritty player as well, if the defender is able to get out to defend the three, he will drive right by them and get to the rim or pull up and hit a contested mid range shot. While being able to drive with both hands, he’s a problem for the opposing team every game.
Jordan Medcalf– 6’4″ 180lbs- Lynden HS
The Lions senior is one of the best 2 way players in the NWC, arguably. Jordan’s overall high game IQ is always felt by everyone on the court, especially his teammates. His smooth lefty shot is always able to knock down that long range shot. He uses his size and long arms extremely well on defense, from blocking shots, to getting steals, Medcalf always finds a way to get his hands on the ball.
Cole Thomas– 6’3″ 180lbs- Blaine HS
Cole has been extremely consistent for Blaine all season long, as I was told by head coach Brett Farrar. The senior is one of the most complete players in the NWC. Thomas is very consistent from deep and is able to use his 6’3″ frame very well in getting by his defenders. Cole is very, very efficient when working from the free throw line. He is able to hit the jumper, drive by his defender with ease, or distribute a nice bounce pass to his teammate who found the hole in the defense.
Connor Anderson– 5’10″ 150lbs- Burlington-Edison HS
Connor has been very impactful for Burlington-Edison all season. He has a very dangerous deep shot, so he is able to use a quick pump fake to drive right by his defenders to the rim, where he can finish with his signature floater over the big man in the paint. Connor has some of the best vision for a guard in the NWC, his ability to pick apart the defense in the pick and roll game is outstanding. His bounce passes to his teammates always threads the needle through the defense.
