Their 5 losses came at the hands of our 5A #2 and #3 teams, Tarkanian Bracket Champions Maranatha, Las Vegas Prep Champions St Joseph’s, and Modesto Christian. </li> <li><strong>Silverado</strong> (LW) #2 Week 1-1 Season 8-5 Next vs Las Vegas – Skyhawks split this week, getting a victory over Sunrise Mountain before falling to Rancho. The Jackson brothers, Tavionte and Tayshaun have led the way. </li> <li><strong>Valley</strong> (LW) #3 Week 1-1 Season 6-2 Next TBD –The VIkings split this week, getting a victory over Del Sol before falling to Cheyenne. Sophomore PG [player_tooltip player_id="986798" first="Alijah" last="Adem"] is currently leading the state in scoring averaging over 26ppg. </li> <li><b>Desert Oasis </b>(LW) #7 Week 2-0 Season 7-4 Next vs Legacy – The Diamondbacks picked up wins over Sunrise Mountain and Green Valley this week. </li> <li><strong>Rancho</strong> (LW) #8 Week 1-0 Season 9-7 Next Desert Oasis – The Rams knocked off #2 Silverado this week. Senior guard [player_tooltip player_id="859651" first="Jimar" last="Mitchell"] leads a balanced team averaging over 11ppg. </li> <li><strong>Mojave</strong> (LW) # Week 1-1 Season 8-6 Next Green Valley - The Rattlers split against two 5A foes, falling to Desert Pines before earning a win over Centennial. Freshmen [player_tooltip player_id="1268866" first="CJ" last="Shaw"] leads the team in scoring averaging over 16ppg. </li> <li><strong>Cheyenne</strong> (LW) UR Week 2-0 Season 7-6 Next Legacy – Coach Fair’s squad looks like they’re starting to Peak. Picked up two big-time wins this week over last week’s #1 and #3 squads.
