Jordan Weeks Jordan Weeks 6'4" Burleson Centennial | 2022 TX | Shooting Guard | Burleson Centennial HS | C/o ’22
Jordan Weeks Jordan Weeks 6'4" Burleson Centennial | 2022 TX has been a noteworthy prospect since the season began, standing out as a super active and productive individual on both sides of the ball. While facing off against the LD Bell Blue Raiders, Weeks flew up and the down floor chasing down shots to the rim and beating the defensive in transition for open dunks and layups. Impressive two-foot leaper that no defender wanted to meet at the rim. Weeks slam-dunked with intensity and power both one-handed and two-handed, his hangtime allowed him to glide through the sky while everyone else was on their way down. This 6-foot-4 guard had multiple stints where he proved to be a one-man fastbreak often finishing at the hoop among 2 or more defenders. The open court speed and quickness Jordan Weeks Jordan Weeks 6'4" Burleson Centennial | 2022 TX put on display went unmatched, the moment he spotted open space up ahead it was off to the races. Weeks put on a show with his athletic ability, out hustling, and out jumping guys to grab balls in mid-air at their highest peak. Great hands and terrific timing, the way he was able to pull down rebounds in congested lanes and while being boxed out was outstanding and by far one of his best skillsets as a guard. Offensively, Jordan showed a knack for slashing through and around traffic, he was never bothered by physicality and length when it came his way. A masterful finisher on the right side of the hoop, no matter Jordan Weeks Jordan Weeks 6'4" Burleson Centennial | 2022 TX penetrated from he was always able to get his shot off on that side of the basket. This season Weeks play is earning him a lot of attention from D2 and D3 schools, keep your eyes on this kid he can make a team better in more ways than one.
Caiden Punt Caiden Punt 6'8" | SF Fort Worth Boswell | 2023 State TX | Small Forward | Boswell HS | C/o ’23
Throughout this season, Caiden Punt Caiden Punt 6'8" | SF Fort Worth Boswell | 2023 State TX has stood out as a high-level all-around contributor with a true love for consistently filling the stat sheet and he put this passion on full display early on in the season when he put up 33 points, 10 rebounds, 6 assists, and took 2 charges. Punt has a special way of impacting every single aspect of the game and he often picks up his points within the flow of things due to his very fundamentally sound skillset, his natural basketball instincts, and his willingness to always play to his strengths on both sides of the ball. Punt is your prototypical small forward with the size, build, and skills to excel at the next level. His offense is never forced, the ball never stops when it touches his hands, and he’s an extremely unselfish passer with a team-first mindset. Remember the name Caiden Punt Caiden Punt 6'8" | SF Fort Worth Boswell | 2023 State TX , a true D1 prospect with good to great upside. Take a view of this kid’s game or highlights, you will not be disappointed.
Ben Estis Ben Estis 6'0" | PG Southlake Carroll | 2022 State TX | Shooting Guard | Southlake Carroll HS | C/o ’23
At the Magnolia Tournament, Estis stood out as a knockdown catch-and-shoot specialist, earning recognition as an all-tournament performer. Ben Estis Ben Estis 6'0" | PG Southlake Carroll | 2022 State TX showed phenomenal talent at his role, picking up the bulk of his points off of spot-up jumpshots, consistently utilizing every type of screen to pop out or get an open look for a quick catch and score jumper from beyond the arc. This sharpshooter was constantly on the move without the ball looking for his teammates to set him up. Estis often looked to rotate up to the top usually after receiving a down screen before flashing out to the perimeter. Good positioning at all times as well, the Southlake Carroll guard always came around the screen low, with his feet squared, ready to let it fly. A high-level pure shooter with the capability to make three-pointers from all-around the arc, it seemed like every inch of space behind the perimeter was a hot spot for him. Ben Estis Ben Estis 6'0" | PG Southlake Carroll | 2022 State TX can stroke it over closing out and contesting defenders, but if the defense got to him before the release Estis was prepared to attack their weakest side and shoot it from mid-range or within the lane. All tournament long the junior guard proved to be a quick trigger lefty with a sweet, soft-touch, unlimited range, as well as a true love for the three-ball.
Donavan Gomez Donavan Gomez 6'2" | SG Converse Judson | 2023 State TX | Combo Guard | Converse Judson HS | C/o ’23
While dropping 22 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 assists versus John Paul II, Gomez continuously took what the defense gives him and made the most out of it. The 6-foot guard did a terrific job of finding openings in the paint for a cut or a pass, showing off elite dime-dropping abilities with his knack for throwing lightning-quick passes through tight windows displaying great touch and court vision, particularly while on the drive. Impressive deceptive moves off the bounce, nifty footwork, utilizing jab steps, side steps, and euro steps effectively. In the second half of play, Gomez got incredibly hot from deep and drilled 4 three-pointers either off the catch or off the dribble. Donavan Gomez Donavan Gomez 6'2" | SG Converse Judson | 2023 State TX showcased a talented offensive skillset with the prowess to create his own shot on and off the ball.
DaeVeon Scott | Point Guard | Keller Central | C/o ’22
DaeVeon Scott has been contributing as a solid three-level bucket getter for Keller Central. So far, his slashing skills have looked unstoppable, constantly getting into the teeth of the defense without over-dribbling and within the flow of the offense. Scott has displayed very good body control, once he’s inside Scott scores with crafty layups among traffic with ease despite contact and contesting big men. Scott instinctually gets the ball and immediately gets downhill where he has been sure to blow by defenders using his elite footwork and foot speed off the dribble. In the mid-range, DaeVeon Scott had areas he could get to it and quickly go into his fast-release shooting motion. This point guard has been consistently scoring in double figures this season, his skills, shot selection, and confidence on the court has steadily progressed over time, making Scott one of the better senior prospects in the DallasFort Worth metroplex.
