Games of the Week

<p>There are some solid games going on this week that pit a few good teams against each other and some great prospects that have next level game going at each other. We also have a few teams that are big time coming in from out of state that will be at the Lehi Hoopfest that will be must watch games. </p> <p><strong>Game of the Week</strong></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Juan Diego Catholic vs. Dixie High School</span></p> <p>@Skyridge Tournament at 8:15 PM</p> <p>This game will feature some next level talent and it will also pit two programs that have some history against each other in the previous 4A. Dixie has seemed to get the better of Juan Diego but maybe this time around things will be different. With Juan Diego dropping down to 3A this might be their last test and this will be a great matchup for some of their prospects as well. With [player_tooltip player_id="1056969" first="Brody" last="Kozlowski"] out there has been a lot of other role players in the mix getting it done. They will have their hands full with 6’4 PG [player_tooltip player_id="781882" first="Arterio" last="Morris"] who is heading to Texas. 6’5 [player_tooltip player_id="958603" first="Chauncey" last="Gibson"] is smooth as a slashing 3 guard. This is arguably the best public high school team in the country at basketball as the feature one of the most dynamic players in the country in [player_tooltip player_id="889576" first="Anthony" last="Black"]. Anthony holds offers from all the "Blue Bloods" and has yet to commit. the 6’7 PG is worth the admission to this event. He is quick, bouncey and has major skill. The most impressive aspect about his game is that he can defend any position at the high school level. Then there is [player_tooltip player_id="1052080" first="Davion" last="Sykes"] who is headed to Texas State. This team is loaded with talent. 6’0 [player_tooltip player_id="958896" first="CJ" last="Ford"] is heading to Northern Arizona University. Then you have [player_tooltip player_id="892162" first="Ron" last="Holland"] at 6’9 and [player_tooltip player_id="787319" first="Cameron" last="Barnes"] at 6’10. The list goes on. American Fork will need stellar play from [player_tooltip player_id="967707" first="Yaw" last="Reneer"] and [player_tooltip player_id="934491" first="Evan" last="Young"].
