Potlatch v. Highland (Craigmont): Potlatch took home a commanding victory over Highland in this non-conference contest. Potlatch leveraged a very balanced attack to seal their victory which included every player on the roster scoring at least 2 points. Dominic Brown led Potlatch in scoring at 10 points via a variety of scoring approaches and being able to score the ball from all three levels. Jack Clark scored 9 points for Potlatch on a solid shooting night and he also provided some really great defensive energy and pressure. Ty Hambly was the bright spot for Highland as he scored 22 points on a productive and efficient scoring performance.
Clearwater Valley v. Genesee: Clearwater Valley snuck away with a win over Genesee recently in a defensive battle which featured multiple lead changes. Clearwater Valley was led by 18 points and 8 rebounds from Landon Schlieper who made a big impact on the game. In addition, Eduardo Miconi had 11 points, and Laton Schlieper nearly notched a double-double with 8 points and 9 rebounds. Both Landon and Laton Schlieper showed their physicality and tenacity to go after every rebound available on both ends of the floor for the entire game which ended up being a huge difference maker down the stretch. On the other side of the ball, Genesee was led by 18 points from Jack Johnson and 10 points from Jackson Zenner to round out double-digit scorers.
