Big Apple Report

<p>The Big Apple report will add another league in addition to upstate, LI Catholic schools, private we will now add section viii Nassau county public schools. It will be a weekly report. Our other weekly reports will be CHSAA spotlight and also Suffolk County standouts. Outstanding on the offensive glass. Runs the floor hard excellent in transition. Real nice mid range game.</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1203968" first="Bruce" last="Wingate"].       6”3.      2024.        Liverpool </strong></p> <p>High level athlete. Has a great work ethic. Very good combo guard with huge upside as he gains experience. Can score around the rim.</p> <p><strong>Kyle Marshall            5”11.    2022.       St Dominics   </strong></p> <p>A long lanky lefty wing. Very crafty scorer. Showed a nice baseline reverse layup. Quick first step. Can shoot the three. Athletic scorer at the rim. Can grab it off the glass, lead break and then finish through contact or make a nifty pass to a teammate.</p> <p><strong>James Morris            6”6.       2023.         Manhassett</strong></p> <p>Anchors the defense in the lane. Strong rebounder. Can play above the rim. Outstanding athlete. Has improved his footwork making him a capable scorer with his back to the basket. Really good instincts.</p> <p><strong>Matt Mcgovern          5”11           2022.            St Dominic</strong></p> <p>Good court awareness, Finds the open spots. Constant movement without the ball. Showed the ability to shot fake and drive it. Drains threes from deep range. Extremely athletic player. Excellent coming off the wing to get offensive rebounds and can finish. Can flush it with authority. Strong talented player. <br /> <br /> </p> <p><strong>Ryan Connely.       5”10.            2024.          Floral Park</strong></p> <p>An excellent shooter with unlimited range. Has a good handle.
