He can score from all three levels at an efficient clip, and he uses his length effectively on the defensive end to contest shots and get up into passing lanes.

[player_tooltip player_id="962688" first="Dayton" last="Davis"] | SF | Fort Madison
The move: 79 to 62

An active and physical combo forward who does a majority of his damage by getting into the paint, Davis is averaging a double-double with 17.6 points and 12.7 rebounds a game. He pounds the offensive glass and uses that to get a solid chunk of his scoring production. He'll need to continue to smooth out his perimeter game if he wants to play at the next level, as he'll be a bit undersized in the paint, but he plays hard, is a fantastic rebounder, and is a smart player who understands his limitations.

[player_tooltip player_id="962637" first="Mason" last="Gerleman"] | SG | Central Lyon
The move: 95 to 63

A 6-2 off-ball guard, Gerleman is an absolute flamethrower from the arc, knocking down nearly 52% of his 3-point attempts so far. He moves well without the ball in his hands, finding space in the defense to get his shot off with a quick release and extended range. He has improved as a ball-handler and playmaker, allowing him to create his own look at a higher level, which is the reason for his big jump in the rankings.

[player_tooltip player_id="1234969" first="Masen" last="Ryan"] | SF | Johnston
The move: 157 to 64

A 6-1 wing who plays primarily off the ball, Ryan has been great early this season for the Dragons, giving them a strong tertiary scoring option with his shooting ability. He's burying 42% of his 3-point attempts and gives his team some floor spacing.

[player_tooltip player_id="1158483" first="Chris" last="Louis"] | PG | Centennial
The move: 104 to 68

A quick and athletic lead guard who uses that speed to blow by defenders, Louis is a creative finisher around the rim with either hand and is off to a strong start this season for the Jaguars, averaging 13.3 points and shooting 50% from the floor. He changes directions at a breakneck speed without losing any steam and is one of the fastest players in the state with the ball in his hands.

[player_tooltip player_id="1158485" first="Keaton" last="Flaherty"] | SG | Oskaloosa
The move: 159 to 71

A long, lanky wing who can score from all three levels, Flaherty is at his best when he's using his long strides and ball-handling to attack the rim and finish in the paint. He rebounds well from his wing spot, and is a better shooter than his percentages show right now (16% from 3). He'll be a solid DIII wing who can score in bunches.

[player_tooltip player_id="1158466" first="Caleb" last="Dreckman"] | SG | LeMars
The move: 155 to 73

Dreckman has grown a few more inches to 6-4, and is having a big scoring season for the Bulldogs, averaging 20.7 points a game. His 3-point shooting has dipped a bit this year after shooting 43% from the arc last season, but he's getting to the rim and the free-throw line quite a bit this season, and his shooting should turn around.

[player_tooltip player_id="1158435" first="Carson" last="Blietz"] | SG | Kennedy
The move: 111 to 86

A transfer from Jefferson, Blietz has given the Cougars some great perimeter shooting this season, knocking down 51.5% of his 3-point attempts. He moves well off the ball and finds his spots within the defense, has his feet squared on the catch, and has a quick release.

[player_tooltip player_id="962619" first="Ian" last="Duffey"] | C | Council Bluffs Lincoln
The move: 119 to 90

A big, physical 6-8 center, Duffey is averaging 8.3 points and 6.8 rebounds a game for the Lynx while shooting 60.5%. He has good hands and touch around the bucket, developing footwork, and he battles hard on the glass on both ends of the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id="1158468" first="Ethan" last="Davis"] | PF | Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont
The move: 133 to 91

An efficient scorer who is averaging 20.4 points on 60% shooting, Davis is a 6-7 forward who runs the floor, has great hands, and good touch around the bucket. He's a dominant rebounder (12.6 a game), and has really shown off his playmaking and passing ability this year, leading the Rockets with 5.8 assists a game. With his size and court vision, he's a unique player at the 2A level.

[player_tooltip player_id="962666" first="Hogan" last="Franey"] | SG | Martensdale-St. Marys
The move: 120 to 96

Following the graduation of older brother Jack Franey, Hogan has stepped into a primary ball-handling role for the Blue Devils and thrived, averaging 7.8 assists a game while also continuing his solid perimeter shooting. The improved playmaking and creating for others is the reason for his jump into the top 100.

[player_tooltip player_id="1234966" first="Cade" last="Grevengoed"] | SG | Valley
The move: 140 to 98

A 6-0 wing who does a little bit of everything, Grevengoed is a strong role player who can score when the opportunity presents itself, contributes on the glass, defends, and keeps the ball moving offensively. He's just a solid all-around player who makes winning plays.
