The group is still filled with talent, especially in the prep division. Here are the top available 2022 forwards to watch in the prep division.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1046460" first="Kareem" last="Ewell"], 6’6 SF Olympus Prep</strong></p>
<p>Ewell is a wing prospect to watch this season as he plays with Olympus Prep in the GAC. The 6’6 wing plays with confidence in the half court and is unafraid of taking the big shot late in the game. Ewell attacks the basket strong and can finish through contact. He is more than just a slasher as he can also knock down jumpers from distance and score in the mid-range. Ewell is a small forward whose ability to impact the game in multiple ways on offense.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="902016" first="Mohamed" last="Toure"], 6’6 SF Hun</strong></p>
<p>Toure is part of a solid Hun squad who is set to hit his stride in the new year. The 6’6 wing is at his best getting to the basket and finishes strong above the rim. Toure is more than just a slasher as he can also score in the mid-range and has a nice release on his shot. He skies for rebounds on both ends of the floor and has the athleticism to defend multiple positions on the floor. Toure’s combination of length and athleticism makes him an intriguing prospect to watch in the 2022 class.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="901963" first="Justin" last="Hawkins"], 6’7 SF Life Center Academy</strong></p>
<p>Hawkins has gotten off to a hot start this season and it should continue into the new year. The 6’7 point forward has a nice handle and runs the offense effectively. Hawkins can finish around the basket and does not mind drawing contact on his way to the rim. He is a strong rebounder and an underrated defender. Hawkins’ versatility is something that will help his stock in a big way throughout the season.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1012964" first="Joe" last="Carroll"], 6’7 SF/PF Blair Academy</strong></p>
<p>Carroll has been playing at a high level for the Buccaneers as he has been a key part of their team this season. The 6’7 forward has a nice shooting stroke and his range extends past the three-point line. Carroll is more than just a shooter as he can also put the ball on the floor and finish around the basket. He is a solid rebounder and knows how to defend in the post. Carroll recently picked up an offer from Millersville and it should be the first of more to come as he continues to play a big role in their offense.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1016676" first="Landon" last="Shivers"], 6’8 PF Life Center Academy</strong></p>
<p>Shivers is one of the more intriguing forward prospects in the class and should be a name to watch throughout the season. The 6’8 forward runs the floor hard, setting himself up for easy dunks in transition. Shivers can score around the basket and is capable of hitting open jumpers in the mid-range. He fights for rebounds on both ends of the floor and uses his length to alter shots on the defensive end. Shivers is a hard-working forward prospect who should continue to improve as the season goes along.</p>
