Who will reign supreme in Region 3-AAA here in the Upstate ? Prep Hoops has your answers right here on your source for basketball coverage in the Palmetto State.

** To be honest this Region has been a puzzle to me. The Pandemic really put a hammer down on seeing some of these programs and players last season.

Prep Hoops Predictions:

1.Chapman HS - Can the Panther stay a top of Region 3-AAA after finishing (15-8) last year and (8-2) in region play.

2.Woodruff HS - Will the Wolverines be back on top after advancing to the 2nd round of the playoffs and a (16-6) season last year.

3.Union County HS - The Yellow Jackets finished (7-10) last season under Head Coach Mitchell Moss.

4.Broome HS (Spartanburg) - Will the Centurions make some noise this season behind [player_tooltip player_id="976992" first="Dylan" last="Ramirez"] ?

5.Emerald HS (Greenwood) - Who will the Raiders rely on this season ? [player_tooltip player_id="837338" first="Demarion" last="Rapp"] looks to be the answer

6.Clinton HS - It can only get better for the Red Devils after going (1-13) last season. Clinton will rely on a few juniors to lead the way in Austin Copeland and Taliek Fuller.

[player_tooltip player_id="976992" first="Dylan" last="Ramirez"] (2022) - Broome HS (Spartanburg)

Ramirez has been throwing the ball over the yard this past fall for the Centurions football team. Ramirez is currently (197-324) 2,962 passing yards, 23 touchdowns and 13 interceptions. Oh yeah 136 rushing attempts for 722 yards with 14 touchdowns.

[player_tooltip player_id="837338" first="Demarion" last="Rapp"] (2022) - Emerald HS

Rapp was a name we first about a few years back. Rapp a rugged forward averaged 10.5 ppg and 11.5 rebounds last season for the Vikings.

[player_tooltip player_id="746060" first="Naqaua" last="Kershaw"] (2022) - Union County HS

Kershaw really likes to play out on perimeter at times with his his ability to knockdown shots. Naqaua a long and rangy forward has a long wingspan and a decent good skill set.

Miles Carter (2022) - Chapman HS (Inman)

Carter is back this season for the Panthers after averaging 5.4 ppg from the backcourt.

JaBryson Hunter (2022) - Union County HS

* [player_tooltip player_id="922038" first="Timothy" last="Salter"] left this past summer and transferred over to Legion Collegiate in Rock Hill, SC. Salter had anchored the middle for the Union County HS Yellow Jackets.
