Pine Forest HS Senior Guard Tristan Harkins: Had a nice overall showing on the day, impacting the game with his scoring, facilitating and defense. He didn’t have much of an issue getting past defenders and he displayed his IQ by making the right plays once he got into the paint. On defense he didn’t gamble often and came up with a nice number of blocked shots from the guard spot.

Fayetteville Academy Senior Guard [player_tooltip player_id="787670" first="Amari" last="Pearson"]: With his team being undermanned, he took on the challenge of providing a very high amount of their offensive production while attempting to play at a high level on defense as well. We love that he plays the game with a high motor and when he’s knocking down the outside shot with consistency, he’s a tough player to guard. His team would come up short in their matchup with WOGCA but he would finish with a game high of twenty-three points.

Wayne Country Day Junior Guard [player_tooltip player_id="1113673" first="Jordan" last="Cooper"]: It’s rare that you see a player his age that understands how the PG is supposed to be played but he has an IQ for the game that is beyond his years and it showed on Saturday. He took open shots but didn’t force any plays, got teammates involved, and rebounded the ball at a high level. HIs stat line on the day was just as impressive as he had close to a triple double in the blowout win.

Northwood Temple Junior Guard [player_tooltip player_id="1103265" first="Cannon" last="Keziah"]: He’s A three-point specialist that doesn’t need much time or space to get his shot off, he does not lack confidence shooting the ball. Finishing with a team high of nineteen Points in their matchup with Liberty Heights, despite his team coming up short, he showcased his shooting ability throughout.

Apex-Friendship HS Senior Forward [player_tooltip player_id="1219914" first="Isaac" last="Holmes"]: Bringing the physicality for his team as well as an interior presence, he was constantly mixing it up inside the paint on both ends of the court. He made some plays in the paint on both ends of the floor but also showed that he can step out and score the ball just as well from the perimeter.

Pine Forest HS Junior Wing [player_tooltip player_id="854901" first="Jordan" last="Jones"]: He provided his team with some much-needed offense down the stretch, getting to the basket to score. Throughout the game he showed that’s he knows how to use his height and length to his benefit which makes him a tough player to defend.

Liberty Heights Senior Forward [player_tooltip player_id="1284869" first="Ezra" last="Ausar"]: What is there not to like about a 6’8 prospect that can play on inside and out with a physique that already looks like he belongs on a college campus? He scored from multiple levels, made plays above the rim on both ends of the court and showed the ability to defend just about every position on the court.

Word of God Christian Junior Wing [player_tooltip player_id="1219852" first="Truman" last="Claytor"]: Over the past year he’s gotten himself into top shape and it’s help him to take his game to a higher level. On Saturday evening we saw some of the attributes that he brings to the table that college coaches should love about him. He can score the ball from multiple levels, has the size for a college wing, can be an outstanding rebounder when he wants to be, and he still has a nice amount of potential.
