Below is a preview of five games in southeastern Pennsylvania we are looking forward to watching this week.

Tue., Nov. 30th…Pennington School at SCH Academy: This contest will be the home opener for a revamped SCHA roster that has huge expectations on it for the 2021-22 season. This team features a host of transfers including elite small forward [player_tooltip player_id="1188210" first="Alassane" last="Amadou"], mid-range phenom [player_tooltip player_id="1200762" first="Camden" last="Burns"] and 3-point threat [player_tooltip player_id="1281996" first="Jaren" last="Morton"].

Wed, Dec. 1st…Hill School at Episcopal Academy: Hill superstar guard Gabe Moss (Delaware) will have Philly Pride National standout [player_tooltip player_id="1202023" first="Augustus" last="Gerhart"] (2023) and three level scoring phenom [player_tooltip player_id="1281962" first="Trey" last="O’Neil"] (2024) running the floor with him. Hill Senior frontcourt player Ethan Meuser (Stonehill) and top rated 2025-point guard prospect [player_tooltip player_id="1196125" first="Jacob" last="Meachem"] will make significant contributions as well. Episcopal will be heavily reliant on smooth shooting sophomore [player_tooltip player_id="1188249" first="Kevin" last="McCarthy"]. In 2021-22 McCarthy was one of the most feared scoring threats in the Inter-Ac.

Thurs, Dec. 2nd… La Academia PCS at Westtown School: The nationally ranked Westtown roster needs no introduction. Still, they should get a stiff challenge from a La Academia squad (2020-21 District 3-1A champions) that is stacked with Class of 2023 standouts. [player_tooltip player_id="1257913" first="DeMajh" last="Salisbery"] (several DI offers) is a practically unstoppable scoring guard. Also included in that talented ’23 class is 6’8” [player_tooltip player_id="1185960" first="Jamal" last="Lebedev"], who plays above the rim, as well as slick combo guard Eliyah Gant.

Fri, Dec. 3rd…George School at Phelps School: Phelps scoring point guard [player_tooltip player_id="1192711" first="Chas" last="Kelley"] (Boston College) and elite shooting guard [player_tooltip player_id="991172" first="Neel" last="Beniwal"] form when of the best backcourts in the region. Beniwal and Hutchinson are two of the top uncommitted seniors in the region. Physical and athletic wing SJ Hutchinson (2022) is a match-up problem for opponents. The George School features one of the most sought-after interior prospects in Pennsylvania -- [player_tooltip player_id="1119114" first="Onyekachi" last="Nzeh"] (numerous DI offers) and former Archbishop Molloy (NY) standout point guard [player_tooltip player_id="1285466" first="Christian" last="Bliss"] (five DI offers). This match-up is our most anticipated game of the week as their will be no less than eight DI players suiting up.

Sat, Dec. 4th…Malvern Prep at ANC: ANC’s backcourt of [player_tooltip player_id="1119147" first="Elmarko" last="Jackson"] (12 DI offers) and [player_tooltip player_id="1119156" first="Deywilk" last="Tavarez"] (Offer from Hofstra) is simply tremendous. The Russell Westbrook with a jump shot comparisons for Jackson are legitimate. Tavarez is a versatile guard who can score at all 3 levels. Malvern Prep’s roster features [player_tooltip player_id="991421" first="Ryan" last="Williams"], one of the most talented 2024 guard prospects in Pennsylvania.
