The 2022 class is beginning to find new homes at the next level, but there’s still plenty of talent with their recruitment wide open. Here’s a look at some of the best available 2022 prospects still on the board in the Top 100.

No. 2 [player_tooltip player_id="533518" first="Elijah" last="Jamison"], Liberty Heights

Jamison was originally committed to East Carolina but de-committed prior to the school year beginning. He’s one of the top scorers still on the board, after all, he’s ranked No. 2 in the 2022 class. He also held offers from Ole Miss, Elon, UNC-Wilmington and a few others before making his commitment. It will be interesting to see where he lands as the top point guard in the state still on the board.

No. 8 [player_tooltip player_id="574405" first="AJ" last="Smith"], Combine Academy

Smith is one of the more underappreciated names in the 2022 class, but he’s still the No. 8 prospect by our count. He’s a strong two-way wing that can knock down shots, defend and has a college-ready body already. He holds offers from USC-Upstate, St. Bonaventure, Tulsa, Rice, Elon, William & Mary, Vanderbilt and others.

No. 9 [player_tooltip player_id="574457" first="Nathan" last="Brafford"], Rabun Gap School

Brafford returns looking to lead Rabun Gap in the NCISAA 4A level and is the No. 9 ranked prospect as a 6-foot-8 forward. He put up 22.8 ppg, 7.0 rpg, 2.8 apg, 2.4 bpg and 1.3 spg as a junior while shooting 52 percent from the field and 36 percent from 3-point range. He’s a versatile forward that can stretch the floor with his perimeter shooting and ability to operate off the bounce on offense and his ability to be a presence defensively. He holds offers from UNC-Greensboro, Western Carolina, Mercer, Rhode Island, Lehigh, Florida Gulf Coast, Stetson and North Florida.

No. 12 [player_tooltip player_id="577868" first="DJ" last="Nix"], Cannon School

Nix returns looking to make it three NCISAA 4A State titles in a row after winning last year’s title game over Carmel Christian, snapping their 18-game winning streak in the process. He’s a versatile wing at 6-foot-7 that can shoot the ball on all three levels and tied the record for second-most made 3-pointers (8) in a game at the Beach Ball Classic this past season. He’s a swingman with others from UNC-Greensboro, Wichita State, Washington State, App State, Boston College, College of Charleston and Houston Baptist.

No. 13 [player_tooltip player_id="787676" first="Daniel" last="Sanford"], JL Chambers

Sanford is set to lead the frontcourt attack for a talented JL Chambers squad and he’s quite the talented big man himself. He averaged 21.4 ppg, 9.9 rpg, 2.4 apg and 2.0 bpg in 2020-21. The 6-foot-8 forward has developed an all-around game but is a physical presence on the interior and attacks the rim with aggression. He holds offers from Tennessee, South Carolina, James Madison, Mercer, App State, USF, Charlotte, Winthrop and Western Carolina.

No. 15 [player_tooltip player_id="932088" first="Anthony" last="Sellars"], Quality Education Academy

Sellars is an underappreciated name that’s found his niche in the Quality Education Academy rotation. He’s a 6-foot-7 forward that can operate inside and out with his skill set. He’s gotten a lot stronger and become a lot more aggressive down low on both ends of the floor. He’ll be a prospect to keep eyes on as the No. 15 ranked prospect in the 2022 class. ODU, High Point and Tulsa are a few schools that have offered him.
