<p>The new 2023 rankings are out.</p>

<p>We dive into the positional rankings. We move over to the power forwards and center for the junior class since there are only 4 total centers. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Good size and athleticism make up this group. </p>
<p>Here are the top-10 PF/C’s in the 2023 class:</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="814038" first="Noah" last="Amenhauser"] <strong>Estrella Foothills </strong></p>
<p>A massive post player has turned heads this off season. He has elite size and length with advanced post footwork. He can throw it down easily and step out and shoot it to the 3pt line. The big man is also a next level passer. He verbally committed to <strong>Grand Canyon University</strong> this past week. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1032529" first="Nate" last="Parras"] <strong>Arcadia </strong></p>
<p>The top power forward in the class has plus athleticism with a good build and a top motor. He has a nice perimeter touch and rebounds the ball well in and out of his area. A tad undersized but clearly makes up for it with his skill to the 3pt line, bounce and strength. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1127089" first="Michael" last="DeHorney"] <strong>Hamilton </strong></p>
<p>A long, young-looking forward who keeps improving. He rim runs, he can shoot the 3, he blocks shots with his length and can rip through. He should be huge for the Huskies the next two years, as he transferred over from Corona del Sol. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1008612" first="Julian" last="Roberts"] <strong>Bella Vista Prep</strong></p>
<p>The sharp shooting forward is transferring to Bella Vista Prep. The lefty has a clean stroke from mid to the 3pt line and can block shots plus will dunk the ball in traffic. He runs the floor, competes on D and the combo of his touch and size makes him a get. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="831116" first="Landon" last="Schumaker"] <strong>AZ Compass Prep</strong></p>
<p>A high-motored power forward who can crash the glass and gain extra possessions. He plays with a high IQ to make plays for others with his passing and has some of the best post footwork on the list. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1183400" first="KaShar" last="Benton"] <strong>AZ Compass Prep</strong></p>
<p>A huge post player with big hands and budding footwork. He has a nice hook shot with his left or right hand. He rebounds with two hands and seems to be improving rapidly. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="945148" first="Oliver" last="Hinder"] <strong>CDS</strong></p>
<p>Another long post player has great defensive awareness. He tracks the ball well to block shots and is a fluid defender in space. He rebounds well in his area and his hook shot is becoming more and more polished and runs the court well. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="937182" first="Royce" last="Ramos"] <strong>Rancho Solano Prep</strong></p>
<p>A versatile undersized forward does many things well and is a tough cover. He handles it, he can score it from inside and out, he can make plays for others plus he is tough. He shoots the 3 and has nice post footwork to create his own shot. </p>

<p>An athletic, physical power forward can fly on the break. He plays above the rim and is extremely strong to rebound in and out of his area. He is a capable perimeter shooter and plays with a big motor every game. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="936910" first="Jordan" last="Kuac"]<strong> Ironwood </strong></p>
<p>A high flying forward with a big motor. He is versatile to defend nearly every position in HS and plays above the rim on the break. He is starting to step out and hit shots from the perimeter and will score on put backs from offensive rebounds. He runs the floor about as well as you can for a forward. </p>
