The 2022 rankings have been updated as the month of August is coming to a close. With every update, players rise their stocks, which result in a jump in the rankings. This update was no different as several prospects took huge leaps in the rankings. Here are the top stock-risers in the 2022 updated rankings.

[player_tooltip player_id="1146260" first="Rasheer" last="Fleming"], 6’8 PF Camden

Fleming had the biggest jump in the rankings as he went up 51 spots in the update. The St. Joe’s commit is an athletic forward who runs the floor hard and can finish around the basket. Fleming has a nice release on his free throws and his range extends out to the three-point line. He skies for rebounds on both ends of the floor and uses his length to altar shots around the basket. Fleming is a hard-working athletic forward who is looking to end his varsity career on a high note.

[player_tooltip player_id="1202204" first="Ethan" last="Simmon"], 6’4 SG St. Joe’s Metuchen

Simmon had a strong summer with the NJ Panthers, resulting in a 43-spot jump in the rankings. The 6’4 guard has a clean shooting stroke and sets his feet before he shoots. Simmon moves exceptionally well off the ball, freeing himself for easy jumpers and layups. He can also put the ball on the floor to get to the basket and moves his feet well on the defensive end. Simmon is a two-way wing prospect who could climb higher in the rankings during the course of the season.

[player_tooltip player_id="1202187" first="Ben" last="Reichert"], 6’10 PF/C Pequannock

Reichert had a good summer, which is why he moved up 42 spots in the rankings update. The 6’10 post player runs the floor hard and tries to dunk almost everything. Reichert has a good touch around the basket and knows how to get position down low. He is a strong rebounder and uses his length to block shots around the basket. Reichert is a fast-rising forward prospect who could rise higher with a strong senior season.

[player_tooltip player_id="1013082" first="Luke" last="Farrell"], 6’6 SF/PF St. Rose

Farrell had a big summer with the Jersey Shore Predators as he moved up 37 spots in the update. The 6’6 forward has a strong frame, which allows him to draw contact and defend on the interior. Farrell is a good passer as he knows how to find open teammates in the half court. He is a strong rebounder and has a nice touch close to the basket. Farrell’s ability to distribute along with his defense makes him an intriguing prospect to watch in Central Jersey this season.

[player_tooltip player_id="1147088" first="Shawn" last="Reckley"], 6’2 SG Hackensack

Reckley saw his stock jump 30 spots in the update and is a name to follow in Bergen County this season. The 6’2 guard is a marksman from deep as he shoots the ball with confidence from distance and does not waste a ton of motion in his shot. Reckley can shoot either off the catch or ball, but can also beat his defender off the bounce and get to the rim. He has a good handle and is an underrated passer. Reckley picked up an offer from Georgian Court after his performance at the team camp and could see more offers come his way with a big senior season.
