The Class of 2022 rankings have been updated and since our last go-around a number of guys have really made their way up the list. Here’s a look at the top stock risers for this iteration of the rankings.

+41 - [player_tooltip player_id="857364" first="Dimitri" last="Cohen"], Mountainside (from #62 to #21)

Cohen had a big junior year full-time on varsity and was a force to be reckoned with as a lead guard. The lefty was hard to contend with defensively as he could knock down the three or take it strong to the hoop. First Team All-Metro League selection.

+41 - [player_tooltip player_id="1079549" first="Treyson" last="Neff"], North Medford (from #81 to #40)

We clearly underrated Neff as the sharpshooter ended up being one of the top scorers in the Southern Oregon region. He simply knocks them down off the catch-and-shoot and already has small college recruiting attention.

+34 - [player_tooltip player_id="857371" first="Logan" last="Thebiay"], Wilsonville (from #50 to #16)

Not a lot of big men in this class but Thebiay certainly fits the bill as he’s now listed at 6-foot-10. He’s improved his conditioning and ability to get up and down the floor and while he is more than happy to bang and defend, he has shooting touch from mid-range.

+34 - [player_tooltip player_id="857368" first="Connor" last="Hills"], Barlow (from #67 to #33)

Hills was handed over the keys after the graduation losses from last season and he took the bull by the horns. A crafty game manager, he may lack some size but doesn’t lack any heart. Hills is as tough as they come defensively and simply makes the right play.

+21 - [player_tooltip player_id="1079535" first="Chaz" last="Storm"], Western Christian (from #53 to #32)

Storm ranks as one of the top shooters in the class and everytime we saw him play either in high school or club, he lit up the scoreboard. A high-academic performer, he should be getting the attention of D-III schools throughout the region.

+16 - [player_tooltip player_id="964552" first="Noah" last="Dewey"], Crescent Valley (from #80 to #64)

Dewey has a lot of potential due to his combination of height, length, and skills. He’s capable of defending any position from one through four

+14 - [player_tooltip player_id="1005083" first="Benjamin" last="Cheung"], Valley Catholic (from #43 to #29)

Cheung went from reserve to starter as a junior and proved himself to be a knockdown shooter from three. He also added strength and can create off the dribble and finish around the hoop.

+13 - [player_tooltip player_id="964546" first="Trevon" last="Hamilton"], Beaverton (from #39 to #26)

Perhaps the best pure passer in the state, Hamilton led 6A in assists. He also thrived on the defensive end and was one of the top guys in steals as well.
