Alphabetically, here are the players that looked Phenomenal on Friday Night from the 2023 Class.
Carson Klein Carson Klein 6'0" | SG North Branch | 2023 MN |6-1 G| Northstar Titans/North Branch – He is an intense player that plays with a chip on his shoulder. I like his aggressiveness. Carson has great shooting form. He is a serious threat from beyond the arc. Klein is strong and he has great balance. His fade-away jumper is tough to guard.
Henry Skinner |6-3 G/F| MN Crossfire/Rockford – The first look I saw of him was a masterful give-and-go basket. You do not see that very often in AAU hoops. Henry has crafty and old-school moves. His spin-move is very impressive. He has a soft touch on his jumper.
J Wuollet |5-8 G| MN Crossfire/Legacy Christian – He is a very quick and astute floor general. Wuollet has impressive handles. His quickness and bursts of speed are intriguing.
Justin Kim |6-2 G/F| MN Crossfire/Mounds View – He is nothing but athletic and trouble-free. Justin plays free and effortlessly. Kim slashes with precision. He showed great finger-roll finishes amongst traffic. Kim is definitely a player to keep an eye on.
Kobe Karels Kobe Karels 6'2" | PG Cambridge | 2023 State MN |6-0 G| Northstar Titans/Cambridge-Isanti – His fake crossover was spectacular. Kobe broke down defenders non-stop. He sees the floor well. Karels used his body well and drew fouls while finishing. He is smart and skilled. Kobe controlled the tempo all game. His handles are amazing and his shooting form is perfect. Karels plays with a great demeanor. A star in the making!
Termaine Fulton Jr. |6-1 G| Minnesota Fury/Shakopee – He was the most physical guard I watched tonight. Fulton was excellent in transition. This lefty is athletic, strong, and an exceptional slasher. Termaine had a very nice reverse layup finish in transition with a defender all over him. This play showed off his focus, balance, and flexibility. I love his aggressiveness when attacking the hoop. He showed off a great hesitation move. In transition he was not just looking for his, Fulton set his teammates up as well. He had an impressive showing.
Tyler Kahl |6-0 G| MN Crossfire/Mounds View – He is a straight-A shooter. Kahl can drill it from downtown. The lefty shoots it smooth and effortlessly. Tyler moves well without the rock and he reacts to the defense. Keep track of this shooter.
