There’s no question that the top 10 is loaded, and each player is worthy of being in the top 10.

But there’s more talent in the 2024 class, sitting right outside of the top 10.

Here are 4 notable prospects right outside the top 10.

[player_tooltip player_id="1213158" first="Emerson" last="Tenner"], Cordova: Tenner is under six foot, but he’s very skilled. Offensively, he’s a point guard with great court vision. Tanner, who debuted at No. 12, is very alert of where his teammates are on the floor. He has solid ball handles, poised at handling pressure and can knock down shots from the perimeter. Defensively, Tenner is aggressive and loves to play on-ball defense. I’m not sure if he will hit a growth spurt. It would surely help his college recruitment. But as far as his mechanics, Tenner has the tools to run an offense and distribute on both ends of the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id="1213159" first="Tre" last="Davis"], Lausanne: Davis came in at No. 13. Davis is a 6-3 shooting guard, with room to grow. Just like every other prospect in this class, he’s going through growing pains, having ups and downs here and there, but he’s improving along the way. Davis can put the ball on the floor, create enough separation between he and his defender. Davis is a solid spot-up shooter and puts forth the effort on defense. This week, he has spoken to UT-Martin, Lipscomb, Holy Cross and University of San Diego. Each program should keep an eye on him.

[player_tooltip player_id="1213160" first="Billy" last="Richmond"], Memphis East: Richmond came in at No. 14. He hasn’t played much basketball this summer because he’s going through some growing pains. Richmond is now 6-foot-5 and could end up being 6-7. The plan is for him to be a point guard. Richmond is skilled enough to play both guard positions. His ability to finish at the rim, make shots from different areas on the floor and get to his spots will have him a coveted prospect in this class. Richmond could end up being a top five player in the state a year or so from now.

[player_tooltip player_id="1213162" first="Braxton" last="Jumper"], Whitehaven: Jumper came in at No. 26. In the handful of times I have seen Jumper, he has shown flashes of being that guard that fears nothing. Jumper is like a deer. He’s coming at you full speed when he’s driving into the lane. He’s going to play defense. Jumper has shown flashes of being reliable as a scorer.
